Took awhile to get an appointment (as a new patient) but I now understand why (they take the time to request all your records and then actually read them?!) and she is SO worth the wait. I've never had an appointment where my list of issues and questions were so completely and throughly answered. Printouts... homework and goals set. Very nice, clean and organized office. I've never heard of it, but boy am I now a HUGE FAN of it!!! I literally walked out of there with zero pain. The clinic is clean and we really appreciated the front desk person checking us in for she gave info we never had. Stephanie the nurse is amazing, gentle and skillful. Dr. Mahmodian did a comprehensive review of my husband's treatment thus far and he examined and prescribed important aggressive treatment with a nutritionist (still on gastric tube feedings due to severe dysphagia), physical, speech and occupational therapy, GI specialist as well as labs and diagnostics. We were assisted by the front desk again with rescheduling and info about resources. If you want an enthusiastic, energetic, youthful physician with a gift for caring about you and solving health issues, check them out. We live in the Sun City 55+ community off Washington so it is very close. Reserved parking for our wheelchair was close and the entire experience was fruitful. Even he thought it was fishy that they diagnosed me like this without tests because my symptoms were not even close to what Eisenhower diagnosed me with. I will never go to this hospital again. They will probably charge over a grand to my insurance as well after giving me this false information without any tests. Just goes to show how stupid even doctors can be. They make you wait forever to get in and then just diagnose you with something random without any tests and set you off on your worrisome way and then charge you over a $1,000. What a scam. I also had…read moreheadaches that had been part of my life for years - they as "regular" headaches/migraines and had slowly upgraded themselves to a 24/7 subscription service I absolutely did not sign up for. I was taking all kinds of over the counter and prescription meds for these headaches with little relief. I've been to several chiropractors in my life so I thought I knew what to expect. Enter Dr. Jacques "Jox" Allmand -- chiropractor, healer, and possibly a wizard. On my first visit, I explained my symptoms, and while describing the neck and back pain Doc asked "how about headaches?" Without hesitation I said "all the time, every minute". He finished his assessment and said we'd get me feeling better, and "We can definitely fix those headaches." I remember thinking, "Bold claim, sir." But guess what? I have not had a single headache since my first treatment. Not one. It's been three months. I did go back for a few more treatments for my neck and back pain, as I'd been "stuck" for quite a while. I feel better than I have in years. I will be scheduling regular appointments (tune-up Tuesday!) to keep feeling this good. Dr. Jacques uses a mix of conventional and innovative techniques.
