A MIRACLE! I was referred to Norm from a friend and TG I listened. I wasn't sure what to expect, but during the appointment I learned that he does strain - counterstrain. I've never heard of it, but boy am I now a HUGE FAN of it!!! I literally walked out of there with zero pain. I have been hobbling around with terrible spasms in my lower back and all the way down my left leg. I've been using a tens machine 3 to 4 hours today just to function. Gone through a ton of IBU's. My lower back went out and I was in so much pain. My Pain Mgmt referred me to Perry Physical Therapy for treatment. Matt explained what he would be doing to treat me. He used the "Strain-Counter Strain Method". I went for 8 sessions total. At first I thought this isn't going to work. The second session, I could feel a difference. And it just kept improving each session. By the last session, I am able to bend forward and resume my normal activities with no pain. The staff is friendly and made me feel welcome. I sprained my ankle earlier this week. I could not walk, my ankle was the size of a golf ball, and my foot was swollen to a point I could not apply any pressure on it. After 3 treatment sessions, I am able to walk without pain. Thank you, Alex. He has knowledge of how to treat sports injuries and will explain it to you in layman's terms. Alex gave me instructions this week on how to help keep the swelling down and home exercises to accelerate the healing process. Where to start. The staff -Amazing, front desk is always friendly and inviting! When I arrive, when they call to confirm just the best. Matt our therapist great listener, gives good advise, and when anyone in my family sees him everyone one walks out feeling better! Very knowledgeable in what he does- We recommend him to everyone! During my first pregnancy, I ran into a challenging 2 week stretch where I experienced severe SI joint pain and sciatica pain to the point where I was nearly immobile. My pelvic region was really locked and I had to use the assistance of an SI belt and crutches to slowly and uncomfortably move around. After my primary care physician recommended physical therapy, my husband came across PT, Matt Kiminki, online and suggested I give him a try. Matt has truly been a godsend. He is professional and highly knowledgeable in his field. After his thoughtful treatment program, I was able to walk around again (no SI belt!) and also get back to my light prenatal workouts. I have been going to Betsy Perry post-op through a reconstruction of leg and ankle and a knee replacement. I have had other physiotherapists here in the valley after hip replacements and so I know of which I speak. Betsy is very knowledgeable, and understands the body and its malfunctions. She also knows how to fix those as much as they can be and communicates the issues so that a lay person understands. Norm and his staff at Perry Physical Therapy are excellent and I would highly recommend them. I have a chronic lower back pain along with a left jaw pain. Norm was able to give me relief on the very first visit and treatment by him. Be careful if you go here. My wife went several years ago. We have good medical insurance and she asked them to confirm they took our insurance. They said they did and she started the therapy. $400+ dollars later, they informed us that they did not take our insurance and started billing us. Again, be real careful and confirm with your insurance company, don't just listen to them. read more

I was spending a few weeks in Palm Desert with a severe knee injury and found Perry PT to help out while I was away from home. Not only did they help me get through the few weeks until I was back to my regular PT, but they made several discoveries key to my recovery!!!! And they were so incredibly nice and accommodating. In the middle of the night before my last day there I threw my neck out while breastfeeding and they squeezed me in that morning so I was able to get relief before my flight home. Wow!!! Norm Perry was awesome. I went in for a back injury after several chiropractic visits didn't help too much. Prior to that injury I have always had pain all over my body. I thought my skin was just sensitive. He did an extremely thorough head to toe working on each point. I am just in disbelief he was able to address years of issues in one treatment.
