Steven successfully sought a buyer with the ability to pay cash in each transaction The company has a fantastic website, kept up to date by a skilled webmaster. In order to show the 98 acres to advantage, Steven contracted with a drone operator who took fantastic pictures of the views of the forested landscape in all its Autumn splendor, and from what I understand, several potential buyers expressed interest before a buyer finalized the deal. I am highly satisfied with the customer service, and the willingness to keep me informed about interest in the properties, and suggestions as to how the properties could be made more attractive to buyers
