I asked for a refund as the tooth was not repaired and I would seek out another dentist to correct the damage. However, I was informed that they did not refund but would schedule a 4th appointment in a month or longer and see what the issue is. Every time I walk in the staff is happy to see me. I just had a crown put in and it was an emergency. They fit me in the next day. Betsy and Amanda did their absolute best to make sure that my crown is the right color. They won't stop until I am satisfied and I feel completely confident in knowing that they wouldn't be happy if I wasn't. Betsy gives me a blanket if I am cold and Amanda brought me a phone case because she noticed that i didn't have one and because at one time, she had the same phone as me! They're just great people :-).

Dr. Whitley seems and talks like that's the best her lab can do, She has even grinded my top plate and crowns so much to try to get the bottom correct, The Lab of theirs in Texas needs to be sued. They said it wasn't a big deal so I didn't worry about rushing to get it dealt until a few months later when it turned into nonstop excruciating pain. By the time I got into an oral surgeon, my jaw bone was about 1/16" and I had to have a complete jaw replacement! I would NOT recommend Aspen Dental to ANYONE!
