Unfortunately, I took off one star because the lady at the front desk was not the friendliest the 2 times I have came in....... But as I started talking to her more she was professional. When they came back to the phone, they said they would call me back. They never called me back. They never offered a solution to losing an implant crown I had for years. I will not go back to them. The fact that this place doesn't have any reviews or anything to write about your experience is…read morejust the start. i had gone with a family member to get her tooth pulled and the lady at the front desk, i believe her name was destiny, was extremely rude. she was not giving any information on how much it would be, what the full extent of it was or anything of that sorts. my family member has extreme dental anxiety and has never had such a bad experience with that until this place. moving forward to today, they did not give her any information on how to take the medication they gave her and didn't even know what the medication was called. they blamed it on the pharmacy, but the pharmacist gave her only what her name was on. they gave her wrong medication and the nurses and doctors were horrible. the doctor that pulled the tooth, had taken 3 tries to get the tooth out. it seems as though this dental office is not safe. DO NOT GO HERE.!

After moving from South Carolina and having a not so great experience with a dentist there, I was nervous. I liked the dentist. completed 1 filling well. I was getting a vaplast (partial) 1 day before…read morefitting the office called to say they lost the impression- no partial. So, I went with a different dentist (as this was grossly negligent to wait for the day before to tell me). But this also caused problems because they already charged for the check up ( every X-ray allowed as well) so after paying for this partial I have nothing left to see another dentist for a check up (I know I have 2 cavities) but cannot get those fixed till next year. Not a good outcome. basically not responsible dentistry.
