    OPEN ON SATURDAYS!!!…read more Omg. YES!! and the fact that they do not charge you an arm and a leg to get in, for that dental office that is open an Saturday. Came in cuz hubby just had a tooth extracted (somewhere else) and by Saturday morning, we were afraid that the extraction site may have been infected. We found them via google search, and was pleasantly surprised to have only been charged $80 for them to x-ray, examine, and clean the extraction site. They also gave us this huge syringe like thing to use for cleaning his extraction site from home. That is SO cheap!! and oh, that is how much it is WITHOUT having to use dental insurance! I honestly thought it was going to be at least $150 just to see the dentist on a Saturday! We did not have an appointment, but we can in very early, and since there were no other patients in yet, they saw us right away. They were very nice and showed a great deal of care to us. I highly recommend.

My mom who is not the least easily served, cancer patient and now a cancer survivor looks forward to her clinic visits with this agency, she loves Dr. Patel we both love her, her staff, services offered, cost for service and as a Retired Army Veteran, I am thankful for such excellent service and would highly recommend this Dentist to veterans and their families and none-military personnel

    Sharing my experience to help others understand billing practices at Great Expressions…read more In December 2025, I was told I had over $100 in credit from a 2024 visit. I was never notified of this credit and only learned of it when I returned for care. I was told the credit resulted from my secondary insurance paying a copay after I had already paid that copay up front, and that the money was kept as an account credit rather than refunded. When I requested a refund, I received inconsistent explanations. I was told the credit could not be used in 2026 and that a refund required review. After follow-up, I was told the refund was delayed due to "pending services," even though the credit was from a prior year and recent services had already been paid by insurance. The credited amount also changed without a clear itemized explanation. There is also no direct telephone number to reach Great Expressions corporate, making escalation difficult. Patients should know they can ask for refunds instead of credits, especially if you have secondary insurance. They want you to pay your copay upfront, but they bill the secondary AFTER you pay, and refuse to give you a refund. CHECK YOUR RECORDS PEOPLE...

This is very INCONVENIENT for senior customers, especially those that need assistance. I HAD A SPINE SURGERY, wearing a body brace and using a cane. I did not get to do my appointment. Second, this company kept texting me to reschedule. I rescheduled my appointment to 11:30 am today.Thursday, 28 March 2025. I came by a couple of minutes after 11:am. The girl at the front desk said "we told you you need to come by 10:30". That girl at the front desk should know what a customer service is. She is nasty with the tone of her voice. She insisted that I should have come to check in at 10:30 am. Needless to say I was not seen again. That girl should be reprimanded due to her attitude. WHAT ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE THIS COMPANY HAS FOR ITS CUSTOMERS? No consequence, while I wasted my afternoon waiting for them to get their act together last week? I was so disappointed with this company. I had been here, I believe, in 2019 for an emergency. I was seen w/o any problem. That was the reason why I came back. Not anymore. There are lots of dentists in the area. I am thinking of seeing another dentist.
