Eventually, surgery became unavoidable. In 2022, I had my first back surgery with a different doctor. It went well, and I was able to return to my normal life. Unfortunately, after an injury, my same hernia came back. What followed were days of significant pain and sleepless nights after the injury. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment within a few days, and Dr. Scott Lee immediately prescribed the right treatment to control the pain and stabilize my condition until the day of surgery. From the very first visit, Dr. Lee's professionalism, meticulous approach, and calm confidence immediately earned my trust. He carefully evaluated my condition, ordered updated MRI scans, and clearly explained the treatment options before choosing the best path forward. His manner was reassuring and thoughtful, which made a huge difference during such a stressful time. On the day of the surgery, something really stood out to me: the hospital staff were genuinely excited to be working with Dr. Lee. Everyone I interacted with spoke highly of his skills and reassured me that I was in excellent hands. They were absolutely right. The surgery went smoothly, without any complications. Despite these efforts as well as the promises of a call back, I haven't heard a word back from anyone. I don't know what is wrong with the admin staff there. They are either being duplicitous or are incompetent. In addition, they have a phone system that doesn't allow callers to leave their number for call back.
