Dr. Lee changed my life. I went to him in February 2026 as a second opinion on a herniated disc…read more(L5/S1) that was pressing on my sciatic nerve and causing sever left leg pain. Prior to that appointment, I was in PT for 2 months which only made the pain worse and then received an epidural shot from a pain physician. The epidural shot wore off after 6 weeks and the pain came back in mid-March 2026 worse and persistent. I made the decision to get a microdiscectomy and got it done on April 21, 2026. Dr. Lee and his office is very professional. He takes his time and answers every question I had about the surgery, recovery, and anything I could think about. He never rushes me out the door and spends the time talking through everything with me. He called for two days after the surgery, and his team was able to answer any questions via phone I had. Dr. Lee has been a resource at several milestone appointments: 2 weeks post op, 6 weeks post op, and 4 months post op. He also gave me a great recommendation for the PT required after my 6 weeks of recovery. Two things I would like to point out is the hospital nurses all had great things to say about him the day of the surgery and kept telling me I was in good hands. The OR nurse even told me she's consulting with him about her pain. The PT office I selected based on Dr. Lee's recommendation has also been great. At my first appointment with them during the physical exam, based on my physical responses to the exam, they told me I had a great surgeon who worked on me, and I was in great shape just 6 weeks after the surgery. I know a full recovery can take up to a year so I am still in recovery and doing PT (more for my sanity) as I had a large herniated disc, but I am no longer in pain and feel like my prior self 95% of the time. I would recommend Dr. Lee in a heartbeat!

I prepared the disc to be mailed off with the USPS, which required a signature once delivered to Dr. Lee's office. I did this because the disc has my Personal Health Information (PHI) and my Personal Identification Information (PII). I also called Dr. Lee's office and spoke his female staff members - twice - to alert them of the disc being sent and the need for someone's signature. I was brushed off and ignored. I few days later, I get a bill for the office visit. Long story short, my disc sat at the USPS in Glendale until it was returned to me by USPS as no one went into the USPS to sign for the disc. A female staffer calls me to ask if I had received their bill, to which I told her I had. She tells me to ignore it because they filed the claim wrong!?!? I would not recommend anyone going here.

This condition makes me more prone to orthopedic injuries, but having this condition also comes with a much higher risk of complications with any surgeries, which I have experienced in the past. I recently injured my shoulder and wanted to make sure it wasn't something that required treatment. I always get anxious when I see any type of surgeon as most aren't knowledgeable about EDS and can't properly take it into consideration when discussing next steps. I was so relieved to find that not only was Dr Bastian very knowledgeable about EDS, but prioritized it as a factor when recommending next steps. He did a thorough exam and outlined a detailed recovery plan, then even took the time to give lifestyle tips in general with my condition. It had reached a point where I was no longer able to work, and my daily life was extremely difficult. After trying acupuncture and even strong medications, I still did not experience the relief I desperately needed. I was especially hesitant to move forward with an epidural due to a traumatic experience I had in the past while I was pregnant and in labor at a different facility with another physician. At that time, epidurals are typically performed without imaging, especially in an urgent labor setting, which contributed to my distress. Because of that experience, I was extremely fearful and delayed making the decision for quite some time. However, Dr. Moradian completely changed that experience. He is friendly and easy to talk to. I was nervous for my procedure but he walks me through it and makes me feel so calm. I trust him and will continue to come here when needed. I have consultation with a surgeon to eventually get a microdiscectomy, until then Dr. Moradian has made my pain pretty much vanish. Went from 10 being my worst pain to now maybe a 3 (which is on my worst days) at this point I have felt so much relief and can live my everyday life doing my everyday activities. I am extremely disappointed with the administrative and scheduling practices at this office. Over a…read moreshort period, the scheduler booked me for four separate appointments on four different dates. Incredibly, every single one of these appointments was canceled at the last minute because the doctor was allegedly unavailable on those days. When I questioned the scheduler about why she was assigning dates the doctor could not work, she offered no real accountability or solution, repeating empty apologies while claiming she 'did not have control' over the doctor's calendar. To make matters worse, during our final call, the office recorded the conversation without my explicit prior consent or verbal notification--I only discovered it when the automated iPhone prompt announced the call was being recorded. Booking four consecutive phantom appointments and secretly recording disgruntled patients is a blatant disrespect for patients' time and privacy. I cannot recommend an office with this level of administrative incompetence.

Dr Harrison is...odd. I went to see him for my on-going shoulder pain. He told me to become a vegan and stop eating rice and flour and sugar and soy, oh and salt. He recommended that I fast like he does. Dr Harrison claimed to eat only once every third day. If you're wondering how this was supposed to help my shoulder pain, I am wondering that too. His office was to set me up for an MRI which never happened and nobody apologized for. I have had a very bad run of luck with Orthopedists for my shoulder issue and unfortunately this guy is on that list. I wish I had someone to recommend in his place. Dr Harrison has several condescending quirks. One of which is he kept calling me "young man." I'm 58. And he's very likely close to my age.
