Thankfully they aren't making us homeless since we are buying a rental property (with 780 credit and over 1/2 down). I agree with another reviewer, they probably don't have funds to cover, so they are stalling til then do. I don't think it's personal, but that doesn't make it any less horrible as a potential consumer. Stay away from this lender.
