His thorough exam and meticulous gathering of information impressed me right off, and when he was able to offer a difinitive diagnosis and help me deal with what was happening I was extremely grateful. I look forward to my visits in his office quarterly as he truly does care about each of his patients. I could not say enough nice things about him.

We've had prescriptions overlooked and difficulty getting them to the pharmacy. We usually see a doctor annually but this office requires twice a year or won't refill your routine prescription. Rather than a quick phone call, office insists on an appointment just to review simple labs with no problem results. Although, I think Dr. Qüdüssi is a good doctor, but the operation seems like it's winding down. If you're a new patient, I wouldn't recommend, as it seems short-term.

At that time, she didn't put me on medication. I just got off what was supposed to have been a virtual appointment to manage the fact that I have lost height and need to reevaluate my osteopenia. I felt she was unprepared for the appointment, as she didn't apparently get my chart out of archive and read it so as to be aware of prior test values. She asked me when I had my bone density exam, and i said it would be in my chart that had been archived. She then said that it wasn't acceptable for me to be angry, which confused me, as I'd said in a conversational tone of voice that the test date ought to be in my old chart. She went on to tell me that it's the patient's responsibility to know when they had various tests and what the result was. While I agree that we patients need to understand the tests we had done and the results, I believe it's the Doctor's responsibility to know what their treatment plan had been, and what tests had been ordered and the test results that she had received. She was very rude. At that point, I said we were done for not only today, but forever, and hung up. I will not work with her again under any circumstances. If I could have given 0 stars on the rating I would have. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Plus, ND offices usually have/had a more welcoming & warm atmosphere (plus took insurance, or at least used to). Never been to a City/County health center before - especially downtown - so I was going in with low expectations. Sure, random people come in here (including the random smells) but the office culture and decoration was surpisingly pleasant and neat. Check in was fairly smooth to boot. What really landed the solid 4 stars was the nurse that tended to me. If you just want to get tested for "that stuff" and want to meet/see a super cool RN while you're at it definitely ask for (or call ahead to check her schedule) Kristen; Kristen Wilson-Weiberg RN. Not only is her office right up front and really cool with the diverse (and snarky) decorations in her space but she is one awesome and delightful older lady. She exudes a very wholesome yet professional energy about her with just enough sass to click with people who strike up a little conversation. The blood draw was even one of the fastest yet smoothest I've ever had (just be prepared to hydrate right after if you came in parched; I almost fainted having forgot about this small detail). I had surgery for my shoulder dec 1st. I was not sure about it. But Virginia mason and dr Kieras…read moremade it all feel comfortable. The staff was awesome. I have no complaints. I have never used Virginia mason and now that I have, I will tell everyone to go there !! Before my surgery they implanted a pump that would act as a nerve block to my shoulder and arm after surgery to reduce the amount of pain I'd experience and reduce the medicine I would need to take. You don't feel the line being inserted cause your sedated. It was so relaxing and stress free. After surgery I was explained everything. My mom was my ride and she had everything with her. I'm at day 5 after surgery and the pain is no where near where it would have been without the pump. I mean it is sore. But don't need alot of pills. I'm relaxing for sure. I recommend dr Kieras to everyone ! Found out he did my friends surgery as well ! How awesome.
