Ericka performed the majority of my initial appointment to prepare for my root canal, and it went by quickly and efficiently. She's a pleasure to talk to and she clearly explained my case and alongside Dr. West, explained the plan for the root canal My root canal performed by Dr. West was ENTIRELY pain free. I was very comfortable during the whole procedure and could tell that he was being very thorough. It is evident that he takes tremendous pride in his work, and he has a beautiful office and practice to show for it. It's definitely no accident that his team is comprised of the kind, communicative people I had the pleasure of interacting with; dental work/root canals can be stressful, but I never once felt stressed in his team's care. The billing department was simple to work with and handled my insurance seamlessly. Rio called me to assure all my information was correct and to had a quote of my bill in time for me to review before my appointment. She had clear numbers outlined for me and helped me devise a simple payment plan for my treatment. From walking in to leaving, my appointments here have been so smooth and professional. I was originally referred from my dentist at Stadium Dental and am so happy that I scheduled with Dr. West!

Before choosing this office, I wish someone had shared an experience like mine…read more I was referred here as an in-network patient, but my consultation felt rushed from start to finish. The office collected my insurance information three different times, yet I barely had time to read the paperwork before being asked if I had questions. The doctor spent only a couple of minutes with me, confirmed I had mandibular tori, and left without a thorough oral exam or explaining the procedure in detail. The biggest concern was the insurance estimate. I was quoted nearly $2,800 upfront. When I questioned it because UnitedHealthcare had told me my in-network benefits were much better, my concerns were brushed aside. After calling UnitedHealthcare myself, I learned the estimate didn't match my plan's contracted allowable amounts. The office said they would investigate and call me back. Four weeks later, I still haven't received that call. I sought a second opinion with an out-of-network oral surgeon, and the experience was completely different. They reviewed my insurance thoroughly, provided procedure codes beforehand, took additional X-rays, performed a complete oral exam, explained the surgery step by step, answered all of my questions, and submitted a preauthorization before scheduling anything. The difference in communication, transparency, and patient care was remarkable. I ultimately chose another surgeon because I never felt confident I was receiving accurate information about my treatment or financial responsibility.

When I called to confirm the appointment they already had looked into our insurance and we were in network! They just made it so easy and stress free Everyone from reception, billing, the dental assistant to the dentist were incredibly kind and most importantly really knowledgable and able to help us/guide us no matter the question My husband was in and out so much more quickly than we expected and they really helped with a personalized pain management plan Highly recommend if you ever need oral surgery

Dr. Kang, Dr. Ellis, and their entire staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and compassionate. They worked hard to make sure I got my smile back almost exactly as it was before. When there was a tiny hiccup along the way (that wasn't even their fault!), they were quick to make it right. I had spent a long time avoiding the dentist because I was afraid of being judged. This team completely changed that experience for me. They were so empathetic, kind, and reassuring, and for the first time in a very long time, I can honestly say I won't be avoiding the dentist anymore. 10/10 would recommend!

Over the past year, I've had some unexpected challenges with my bite following dental work. Sometimes our mouths change and adapt in ways we don't anticipate, and although the process has been frustrating at times, I've never felt like the team stopped trying to find the best solution. What has stood out to me most is Dr. Kang's commitment to doing things thoroughly rather than taking the easiest or fastest route. She's been willing to reassess my bite, remake crowns when she wasn't completely satisfied with them, and continue working toward a result that feels right instead of settling for "good enough." That level of integrity and attention to detail means a lot. Sadaf and Saylor have also been incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the process. They've always taken the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable during each visit. Their compassion and professionalism have made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. Dental work isn't always a straightforward journey, and every person's mouth responds differently. I'm grateful to have a team that genuinely cares about their patients and is committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality care. Thank you, Dr. Kang, Sadaf, and Saylor, for your dedication and for continuing to work with me every step of the way.

Avoid this dental practice as if it's going out of business....because it essentially did. The way…read morethey make money is to practice the art of bait and switch on their patients. I first visited in February 2018 to have a consultation of fixing an injury that took place in July 2014. The front office staff was pleasant and welcoming. They even sat down after my appointment to put the entire plan into writing to make sure I could manage the finances of the repair and feel comfortable it would fit my budget. My hygienist was friendly and calming. These people have all been with the practice for 5, 8, 10+ years!! And Dr. G was just great. I felt like I had FINALLY found the perfect place to get me past all my fears of dentists. And for a minute, it did. Fast forward 4 appointments later, I go in for my final appoint to seat 3 crowns in March 2018. The ENTIRE front office staff is different. Every single last one of them. Every single hygienist was different. They all had on different uniforms. There wasn't a single familiar face (except for later, Dr. Gagliardi). I was completely disoriented and asked what was happening and she casually says "oh the practice has sold, but don't worry this won't affect you." But where did everyone go? "Oh every one was given the opportunity to stay but they chose a different path." Well that in and of itself is rather disconcerting that people that have been in this practice working together for over 10 plus years chose within a matter of DAYS since my last appointment that they would rather just leave immediately than to work for this new practice. And I'm talking at least 7 or 8 long term employees. Why did they all leave so abruptly? And how did this franchise already have 7 brand new people waiting in the wings to come in? What made all of this happen in the space of time between an afternoon appointment on Monday and an afternoon appointment 2 days later on Wednesday? But there was nothing I could do to stop and ask more questions, I had a temporary crown mold covering 3 front teeth, this appointment was to settle 3 porcelain crowns that were ready to go. This was not the time in which I could ask questions or switch practices if I didn't like the answers. I was stuck. The final appointment went fine, but I was still just so completely weirded out by what had happened. A month goes by, I get a very large bill for more than $2000. WHAT?? I call the office, in a panic. What is happening? Trudy and I had gone over everything, I prepaid my portion, I have everything in writing and I have receipts. So I get an apology "so sorry, we just took over, just a billing glitch, please ignore." Ok. Another few months goes by, another statement, $2000. Another phone call to their offices, another apology, "still working out the kinks, disregard". Another few months go by, another statement, $279, "your insurance has paid their portion, this is yours." No, no, I worked with Trudy ahead of the appointments and paid my portion upfront, this must still be a glitch. January 2019, statement, "Friendly reminder, your prompt payment will be greatly appreciated." I just got off the phone. It's paid.I put it on my credit card. Then I made sure they sent me a statement of "paid in full", as well as cancel all further appointments I had previously scheduled for cleanings before I got off the call. Moral of the story: this practice sold out their customers, but worse yet they sold out their employees, and they even will pull a bait and switch over $300. Unethical and not even remotely worth the stress. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! And it's a real shame, too, because I really thought Dr. G was a good guy. Back to the drawing board to find one.
