No one had "forced" me to sign a contract as another post indicates. Nancy was inviting and through in her explanations of my coverage. She offered the practice billing options leaving me in control of the payments. The staff runs on time and often early. They always have a smile on their face and greet you by your name. Dr. Hamula has been amazing, working around the few obstacles which I presented during my treatment providing encouragement throughout the process. I can not praise the whole group enough. There are many choices for orthodontic care competing for your dollar. In my opinion, this group works very hard to be worthy of your business. They are patient focused, family oriented and as professional as they come. My outcome has been fabulous and the improvement in my overall bite has made eating a joy once again. From the onset, the cosmetic concerns were always secondary to the mechanical concerns but since treatment, I also have an amazing smile to boot. You want your children to have a positive experience and not be afraid to go. Dr. Josh and Dr. Brick have impeccable "bedside manners." You want a dentist that not only understands their craft but also understands kids. They really do. They're both dads and know how to treat children. They are intentionally careful about what they say in front of the kids and are gentle and kind while getting the job done. They are very observant and alert you to potential challenges down the road with your kid's teeth and design a game plan for you with various options. I honestly can't say enough good about them. Just a great place run but great people. Staff from the front desk to the hygienists are terrific as well. We have gone here for braces as well as ongoing care and have always felt well cared for.

Dr. Watts and his team squeezed her into their schedule to put the Damon brackets on too. The payment coordinator also gave me a family discount and a generous payment plan for both children. This office is incredible and so are the results of the bracket system!!

I discovered, completely by chance, a duplicate payment of over $600, where both my insurer and I paid for the same service. It took an unreasonable amount of time for the office to acknowledge the overpayment, and I ultimately had to initiate a three-way call with the insurance company to get it resolved. Even then, my refund was only $585 because I had supposedly "hit the maximum." Had I known about this earlier, I would have scheduled my son's cleaning for January instead (new policy year). I also echo the concerns others have raised about aggressive upselling. I wish I had more time to explain how I uncovered this, but in short, check your statements carefully and think twice before trusting this practice.

The staff seemed much more interested in talking about how expensive the procedure would be, really more so than how they would be able to help. I specifically had the impression they were feeling us out for how much they might be able to charge us without too much complaining. Had things worked out, we would have both become patients. But their preoccupation with finance over care, really put us both I'll at ease. Additionally, when my wife attempted to have the dental procedures they were "selling", the staff acted unprofessionally and treated my wife atrocioussly. It's a shame because if they weren't so hungry for money it might be a decent spot. Not like they were busy.
