No one had "forced" me to sign a contract as another post indicates. Nancy was inviting and through in her explanations of my coverage. She offered the practice billing options leaving me in control of the payments. The staff runs on time and often early. They always have a smile on their face and greet you by your name. Dr. Hamula has been amazing, working around the few obstacles which I presented during my treatment providing encouragement throughout the process. I can not praise the whole group enough. There are many choices for orthodontic care competing for your dollar. In my opinion, this group works very hard to be worthy of your business. They are patient focused, family oriented and as professional as they come. My outcome has been fabulous and the improvement in my overall bite has made eating a joy once again. From the onset, the cosmetic concerns were always secondary to the mechanical concerns but since treatment, I also have an amazing smile to boot. You want your children to have a positive experience and not be afraid to go. Dr. Josh and Dr. Brick have impeccable "bedside manners." You want a dentist that not only understands their craft but also understands kids. They really do. They're both dads and know how to treat children. They are intentionally careful about what they say in front of the kids and are gentle and kind while getting the job done. They are very observant and alert you to potential challenges down the road with your kid's teeth and design a game plan for you with various options. I honestly can't say enough good about them. Just a great place run but great people. Staff from the front desk to the hygienists are terrific as well. We have gone here for braces as well as ongoing care and have always felt well cared for.

They have my number, my wife's number regularly communicated with us sending text reminders about appointments but choose to play collection shark over a $50 remaining balance with the doctors signature on the bottom of the threatening letter. I strongly recommend that anyone who has visited this dental office carefully go back and review…read morethe charges billed by the dentist against the explanation of benefits from your insurance company. I discovered, completely by chance, a duplicate payment of over $600, where both my insurer and I paid for the same service. It took an unreasonable amount of time for the office to acknowledge the overpayment, and I ultimately had to initiate a three-way call with the insurance company to get it resolved. Even then, my refund was only $585 because I had supposedly "hit the maximum." Had I known about this earlier, I would have scheduled my son's cleaning for January instead (new policy year). I also echo the concerns others have raised about aggressive upselling. I wish I had more time to explain how I uncovered this, but in short, check your statements carefully and think twice before trusting this practice.

I accompanied my wife to an appointment where she was being seen for a broken tooth and some other routine dental care. I was uneasy with the situation there from the beginning. The staff seemed much more interested in talking about how expensive the procedure would be, really more so than how they would be able to help. I specifically had the impression they were feeling us out for how much they might be able to charge us without too much complaining. Had things worked out, we would have both become patients. But their preoccupation with finance over care, really put us both I'll at ease. Additionally, when my wife attempted to have the dental procedures they were "selling", the staff acted unprofessionally and treated my wife atrocioussly. After prodding my gums which she did was extremely painful. Next I was like time for cleaning. She said no i need a deep cleaning and to do a regular cleaning would be "mal practice " those were the exact words she used. Are you sure? Or you trying to up charge. Mind you she was a temp. And bedside manner was crap. I got convinced to do I filling for a cavity. The dentist was gentle. But where is my cleaning that comes with my first visit? No they want several hundred for a deep clean. Business tip. For New customers slowly get them comfortable before you start up charging through the ceiling. This is why people don't like dentist offices. I don't recommend this office at all. Unless you like to get ripped off. It's a shame because if they weren't so hungry for money it might be a decent spot. Not like they were busy.
