Healed quickly and with very little soreness at all, which makes me feel as though it was a quality job. Been a month and there have been no follow up complications. Easy to work with. Had no trouble scheduling. They helped navigate my insurance. It wasn't a complicated procedure, but stuff like that is never fun for anyone. My kid was a little nervous at the thought of having this done, but she felt fine from start to finish - I believe because of the way they worked with her. It was a very supportive and easy-going experience from start to finish for both of us and as a parent I highly recommend Dr. Walls. read more

My 10-year-old son was referred to Dr. Walls' office to further analyze and treat a major swelling on his gums. The doctor informed me that it was a cyst and advised us to have the baby tooth removed. I let the office know that my son had history of intense anxiety when it comes to dental treatments, and if they are able to work with him, we could try to proceed. To my surprise, they pushed for treatment the following day, which was Halloween, of all days, or the next appointment was going to be much further out. Weighing between the two options, I brought my son in the next morning even though it was a kid's holiday. They brought my son in to start the treatment and demanded that we provide the team with our steam deck. I don't know why the doctor was very fixated on the steam deck but I handed it over. They could not figure out how to use it properly, and at some point, brought me into the room to console my son who was in full tears. Even though my son was in complete distraught, the dental assistant could only provide me with reasons why a clinic full of adults could not figure out how to calmly treat a 10-year-old who has a history of dental anxiety and it somehow failed because the steam deck and/or my son was incompliant. Once my son had a chance to calm down at home, I asked him what happened and he let me know that the doctor had asked him irritably if he wanted to waste my money by not cooperating. At that point, my son felt even worse and broke down crying inconsolably. I was surprised that the doctor disappeared shortly after failing to treat my son and never made an attempt to communicate about what had happened. And his dental assistant felt comfortable shifting all blames on an anxious 10-year-old in full tears. And when I request for a full refund of the nitrous oxide that was never administered since the treatment could not even start because they tried to bully my son into submission, no response or refund has been provided to date. They incorrectly spell my son's name on the account despite the fact that his name was provided in the intake forms. We also received a second opinion that the swelling didn't appear to be a cyst but an extraction would still resolve whatever that issue is. I am under the impression that my son was not accurately diagnosed, and the tooth extraction was the default remedy. Therefore diagnosing my son with a cyst would eliminate further need to diagnose his gum swelling. Considering how poorly the team handled a child with anxiety and possibly misdiagnosing my son, I would not recommend this office to any kids who aren't comfortable with dental treatments. I do not find this office meeting professional or ethical standards. It was a waste of our time and money. And a lot more unnecessary trauma for an already anxious child. read more

My son woke up one morning to some tooth pain in his wisdoms. We are travelling abroad and needed an oral surgeon immediately. I called several places who said they wouldn't be able to see him for 2 months. I called Dr Walls, spoke to Theresa2 and she was incredibly accommodating, helpful and compassionate. They got him in 4 days later and extracted his wisdoms! Dr Walls was amazing. This office is STELLA! I can't say enough great things about this practice. Everyone was at the top of their game! I highly recommend visiting Dr. Walls for any wisdom teeth removal procedure. I had a great experience from beginning to end for my overall treatment. The consultation was super detailed and Dr. Walls actually takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. I didn't feel any pressure to even get the procedure done at all. The staff and doctor kept me super comfortable the morning of the surgery, and the office was very responsive to any follow ups during my recovering. This was my second time at this office. I was so nervous for my dental implant. With any surgery, I get anxiety. The staff helped me relax for the procedure. Dr walls and his staff were great! I had to get a tooth extracted at 17 weeks pregnant and I was nervous about narcotics and treatment medications. I was nervous to go without any medication, but dr walls and his staff did a great job of numbing my tooth, quickly extracting it, and cleaning my infection. I don't post many reviews, however, I thought this was well worth it. Dr. Walls and staff are very professional and make you feel very comfortable. I was nervous about going in with anesthesia, but the reassuring words of Walls and staff got me calm and steady. Had a pre-consultation a week in advance and they had a few openings the next week. We talked about the procedure and set a date. I came in on the date and time, and there had been a computer mishap and had been double booked. Even with me being a bit frustrated, the staff handled it very professionally and were able to get me in the next day (today), first thing. The computer mishap was well worth getting my wisdom teeth done with Dr. Walls as I said he and his staff are very professional and personable. We started the procedure and before I knew it I was waking up and getting out of the chair. I even received a follow up call from Dr. Walls just a few minutes ago, showing me he is willing to go above and beyond for his clients. 5/5 because of service and professionalism. All I can say is that Dr walls and his staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was referred to Dr. Walls by Glenn Herbert from across the suite in the same complex. They gave me a paper with specific teeth that needed to be checked. I called them a few weeks later and set up an appointment. They said that I get 10% if I bring in the referral paperwork. Scheduled the appointment for the latest appointment that they had available: 2:20 as they don't do first appointments for consultations as surgeries usually take place starting at 7:30 AM. They sent me an email and text message to confirm my appointment. I believe they also called me to confirm as well. Arrived a little late. They gave me paperwork to fill out (there was a lot), but because of medical history, I didn't have a lot I really needed to fill out. As soon as I gave the receptionist my paperwork, she gave me a tablet to watch their video about wisdom teeth and what the whole procedure was going to look like. As soon as I was done, I gave her my referral paperwork and she told me that it would be a few minutes before being called to the back. I was called and got directed to a 360 x-ray machine that I was used to because of braces. Takes about 1-2 mins. Brought me to an area where I laid down, the lady took my blood pressure and left me in the room to read over their agreement form until Dr. Walls came into the office. It was a bit long, but the agreement states that you are signing that they've given you enough time to read the legal stuff. Dr. Walls came in, shook my hand, and introduced himself. He was kind and friendly and very comfortable to talk with. He explained my x-rays and taught me a little bit about the wisdom tooth anatomy. He explained that my risk factor was average and should be a 45-minute procedure. Asked if I had any questions and did a physical exam and wondered if my teeth had been bothering me. I told him that it comes and go, but isn't too bad. He was surprised that it wasn't hurting more often. We both signed the agreement and he had his assistant bring me to the scheduler who scheduled my appointment, told me the amount, and the saving/monthly payment plans I can partake. Friendly staff even though it was the end of the day and all around a great consultation. We shall see how the surgery goes for all 4 teeth! read more

Dr. Walls and his staff are the best I've ever been around. Never thought I could have a good experience getting an implant but I did. Everyone was friendly, Dr. Walls answered all of my questions, the surgery was pain free and quick, dont waste your time going anywhere else. The coolest part is, the night after my surgery, doctor Walls called to see how I was doing, he could have asked his secretary to call me but he made it a point to call me himself. read more

Lets start with the dentist was great. When I went in to get my x-rays I told them that my insurance only allows 1 full mouth xray a yr and they told me that they would do a partial and that my insurance would cover that. They did a full mouth xray, which I don't know the difference of the two, and I got a $140 bill for that. When I did my xrays they quoted me $2200 and I asked if that was with my insurance and they said I didn't know u had insurance that they would get back to me on how much it would cost. I had to finally call them back a month later to find out and they said it was going to be $300 with my insurance which my insurance pays $1000 a yr and I went to them because I had got their number from human resource lady because they were contracted through our insurance and that I got a discount through that so I figured that was the discount $900. Got the procedure done which the dentist is awesome. A yr later I get a letter from collections for the $900. I call them and they said that they had "hoped" that my insurance was going to pay that much, so they didn't do a pre estimate with my insurance. They just pulled a number out of thin air. So all in all the dentist was awesome. Im guessing its the other staff that really suck at their job or are super lazy. read more

Had to get my wisdom teeth taken out and was so nervous ! Had never had any type of surgery and HATE needles so I was anxious about the IV, the staff here was so nice and everyone made sure you were as comfortable as you can be , and explained every thing they were doing. I had nothing to be worried about with the IV because I didn't feel a thing !
