I approached Dr Yoshida to get rid of my belly fat. I was reading and watching videos about the Indiba machine, and according to google and youtube you could melt away fat and sculpt body parts!!!! I started getting treatment with the Indiba machine a few weeks ago. I started to eat a low carb diet too. Fast forward a few weeks, my waist has gone down by a couple of inches, and I have lost around 10lbs of weight!!! The biggest surprise was I am getting hypo all the time! I am a Type1 insulin dependent diabetic. So, I have been cutting back on my insulin intake! I have to stop my night dose of insulin(11 units) or I would go low in the middle of the night! I even have to cut back my morning dose from 46 units to 34 units now! Moreover if I do not eat a high carb diet, I do not have to bolus or inject novolog(fast acting insulin) at all!!! So I reduced my long acting insulin intake from 57u to 34u daily, short acting from 28u to almost 0 depends on how much carbs I eat! I am pleasantly surprised that the Indiba treatment could help a type1 insulin dependent diabetic in such a positive way. I'm sharing this wonderful treatment with my endocrinologist! My sports related injuries have increased over the past few years. I've been dealing with significant pain in my back and calf. Dr Yoshida has been instrumental in getting my life back! For 17 months I had suffered all day, every day from excruciatingly debilitating sciatica. I had completely forgotten what it was like to live my life before the pain. Things had gotten so bad that between the time of my initial phone consultation with Dr Yoshida and my first visit, I had been speaking with a disability attorney, and was emotionally preparing myself to lose everything. I had tried: - Chiropractic adjustments - Gwasha - Inversion therapy - Medication - Supplements - Exercises - Stretching - Physical therapy - Acupuncture - Cupping - Raiki - Plain old rest And I still couldn't even stand for 30 seconds without the pain. It was like a red knife that would cut through my every thought and completely all consuming. I was no longer able to perform my daily tasks, and even though my MRI indicated nothing significant, my pain told a different story. I've been seeing Dr. Yoshida since I was a teen since I know him through family. I don't consistently see him, maybe a few times a year because I was away at college and working afterwards, but it's been over 12 years. He's helped me with injuries post car accidents, whiplash, flat feet, and general health in a holistic manner. First of all, I've been to many, many chiropractors all over California with mixed results for my chronic lower back pain. My go-to guy recently retired and referred me to "Dr. David", so I did some research. I found out that Dr. Yoshida was appointed by the Governor (Arnie, no less!) to the State of California Board of Chiropractic Examiners and was also the California representative and delegate to the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. With credentials like these, I had to give him a try, and I was not disappointed. My pain levels are more tolerable than they have been FOR YEARS and my overall health has improved, as well. I'm on Medicare, and Dr. Yoshida's office has taken care of that for me as well. I guess the only thing I'm concerned about is when Dr. Yoshida will retire, but he seems to have taken care of that as well, training up Dr. Yajima in his own office. A bunch of thieves here. Came in because my knee wasnt feeling normal. He hooked me up to a machine that delivers some electric stimulation for about 10 minutes, then cracked my neck and back. Told me to come back 2 days later in which I did and fast forward a month later, I receieve a bill in the mail for $180. I have PPO insurance and they were trying to rob my insurance over $600. When they couldnt squeeze any out of them, they came after me. Had I been told of the amount I could potentially be responsible for, it woulda been a hell fucking NO! But I trusted the doc because I thought my insurance was covering it. They never once mention that my deductible wasnt met or that this may come out of my pocket. Who in the right mind would pay $180 for two days of treatment that lasted under 15 minutes each time. And I'm sure you can guess the results of those two sessions. NaDa, i felt absolutely no any improvements. The pain came back an hour after I left his office. Only time healed the aches in my knee. Honestly, Chiropractors are quack. The honest ones can help but this one...I recommend another. Dont bother buyin the slippers from this place either. I really trusted this guy and in the end, dude is full of shit. I also found out that he was appointed by Gray Davis and then kept on for awhile by Schwarzenegger as one of two appointees for the CA State Chiropractic Board (I may be wrong on the exact title), which is set up to look out for the consumer.
