I told the service guy & manager about it & they said run flat damages the tire making repairs impossible. They refused to even remove the tire & inspect it. They didn't even have the off-road tires to try & upsell me, but just said it was unfixable. The service manager told me he is a "tire guy" & this was an impossible repair. Also, the prepaid service, this time, didn't include an oil change. So I paid extra for the oil change so I wouldn't go 10k miles between services. GM wasn't there, but the useless sales manager was no help, so I took it to Arevalo's Tires who easily fixed it. NGA Toyota has a slew of employees wandering around the showroom doing nothing for the 2 1/2 hours I was waiting around. Looked more like a welfare office than a viable business. I won't be returning. You should avoid it as well.

Upon showing up, the service rep that assisted me, Mr. Andy P. was very attentive. He looked at the history of my car services and was able to determine what needed to be accomplished during this maintenance service. He was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. I did end up staying and waiting for my car since I live about an hour away, and the waiting room inside is extremely comfortable. Tables and chairs were nice, I was able to work on my computer while I was waiting. The facilities are great, and all of the personnel I came in contact with, including Ms. Angelina C. were exceptional.!! Although this dealership is approximately one hour away from my home, it is absolutely worth the drive.
