I was initially annoyed by the beginning of my time dealing with this David's Bridal location but Courtney really turned that around and I'm so thankful. I made an online appointment for 5PM for my MOH to find her dress; I wanted to ensure we could get in while I was in town to visit. We finished at the other boutques by 3PM so I called to ask if we could move up our MOH dress appointment earlier. The girl on the phone told us that it could not be done because they were fully booked and we could only come in for 5PM. This was annoying because appointments can run early or late, it didn't seem she even bothered checking anything. Sounds lazy to me. With nothing else to do, and already feeling negative and disappointed at being dismissed so quickly, we decided to walk in anyway and just have a look at the dresses and figure out if we could even get anything in on time (tight turnaround). While we were browsing, an associate Courtney approached us and asked if she could help us with anything. We told her we were just browsing ahead of our appointment, as we were told we couldn't be seen until two more hours; she promptly said she had a room available for us if my MOH wanted to try on her selections. Score! And I cannot stress enough, that was great initiative on Courtney's part. We also mentioned that we only had a few weeks to find a dress and she assured me we had some options to consider, which helped put us at ease. We took our time and my MOH enjoyed trying on the dresses. Courtney was always around to offer honest input and answer all of our questions but it never felt like she was hovering. Not once did she ever feel pushy or like she wasn't listening to any of our concerns. We could not have asked for a better person to help us with this. This was my MOH and her friend's first time visiting a David's Bridal (my second time) and they were blown away. It had a good atmosphere - other customers in the store were so happy and the associates looked friendly and not at all snotty like other boutiques. Very wide selection of colours and styles available, good turn-around time. The fitting areas are a little close to each other but it didn't bother us. We were done so early that I had time to look at bridal shoes and accessories, no problem. We walked out before 4:30 PM! You guys are a lifesaver, thank you for doing what you do. Also, after a particularly sub-par experience at another London boutique and also your own associate who picked up the phone earlier, we weren't overly excited when we started out, but like I said, Courtney really helped to turn around a potentially negative experience and made it truly memorable. As the Mother of the Bride I have to say how very impressed I have been with our multiple visits to David's Bridal in London. Our most recent visit was however the visit of dreams. Our daughter had chosen a dress months ago, when we arrived on Saturday for an appointment for a bridesmaid fitting our daughter spotted her "dream dress" in the clearance area. She had wanted to show her fiancé and her dad the "dress that got away" because of budget restrictions and when it was found in the clearance area she nearly fell over. Dad then sprang into action and had Crystal pull the dress for her. Once the bridesmaid had finished her fitting, her fiancé was sent to get a coffee, my daughter put on the dress she had thought was out of reach. Needless to say it was a moment of joy that fills a mother's heart. Crystal, our consultant then went into action, giving us the information we needed regarding returning and exchanging the previously purchased gown. She arranged of the alterations staff to come and asses the alterations that were needed and the costs associated with them. Without Crystal's amazing help, we would have been lost. She answered our questions, but most importantly she continually reminded our daughter that this was her wedding day...that this day needed to reflect her . Our daughter's dress is pink, her bridesmaids dresses are close in colour. Crystal asked her if that was ok with her, and if it was then no one else had any say because it is not their wedding. She praised our daughter for being bold and making decisions that will make her day unique and special for her and her fiancé. Just the words our daughter needed to hear. What Crystal did not know was that it was always our daughter's dream to have her dad there when she chose her wedding gown. She is our only child When she chose the first gown he was only able to support her via "face time" due to work. This time not only was he there, but he was integral in making her dream dress a reality. Crystal had no idea that her encouragement allowed our daughter to fulfill 2 of her wedding dreams during one appointment. We have booked another appointment in March to complete the fittings for the bridal party, and for me as the mother of the bride. We have requested Crystal as our consultant for that day!! The David's Bridal store located in London, Ontario is the one place any future Bride should visit. All of the staff are incredible, the store pristine and the experience priceless. In two hours I went from being so nervous and overwhelmed by the endeavour to walking out feeling like a princess. From the moment you begin -you are given the individual attention that makes you feel like you are the most special person to have ever walked through that door. As a very self conscious person who doesn't need to have all the attention I thought I would end up just hiding in the change room....well that just slipped away with the expertise of the lovely Sandra and amazing Rachael . They take the time to get a feeling for your style, wishes and personality. They then are able to hold that and consider your body type, size and by looking at you - you are brought the dresses that will be exactly you. I loved every single one of them and was excited to try each one on and walk out to my families to wow them. That same night I found my dress!! It is a design that hosts each thing I like about the individual dresses all in one. Rachael and Sandra have given my wedding a beautiful start and my experience was stellar. I cant thank them enough for taking such good care of me. The ceremonial ringing of the bell was an enchanting touch to an evening of memories. I was able to share this with my family and family to be but also now with my David's family. I am in awe of how seamless this has all been. I cannot say enough amazing things about DB in London!! The first time I went to the store, my mom and I were looking for a wedding dress for me. We did not have an appointment and has not planned on even going to this store! I had just been at a boutique in Strathroy and found the perfect dress - it was just way out of my price range!! My mom suggested we just go to DB and see what they have. I tried on some dresses and they were nice but nothing was comparable to the dress at the boutique. The lady who helping me (I'm terrible with names but I think it was Sandra) asked me to describe the other dress. When I did she said she would be right back. When she came back, she told me to just get into the dress and not look at it. She wanted me to just see it on me. When I came out of the dressing room, my mom teared up immediately and when I saw myself, it took my breath away. Not only was this dress unbelievably similar to the other one but it was half the price. I ordered that dress and I could not be happier!! Since then, I have been in the store a few times - bridesmaid dress shopping and mother of the bride dress shopping and each time I'm there, they are beyond helpful, knowledgeable and so kind. They don't care if you have an appointment or not, they will always find a way to help!! I'm a wedding planner in the London area, and I love bringing my brides here. It's always the first place I take them, and often it's the only place! I love how it's reasonably priced, which is important to me when I'm trying to keep them on budget. They can still get their dream dress without compromising their ideal price point. I'll definitely continue to bring brides here! I've also come here a few times to get bridesmaid dresses for myself, and after having great experiences each time I'm so sad I went somewhere else years ago when I was shopping for my own wedding dress. If I could go back in time and ship at David's for my bridal gown, I would have. I recently bought a dress (way too late) and the manager searched high and low all over the country to find me the dress in my size. She calmed my nerves so well and kept me from internally combusting from stress. When we couldn't find it in Canada, she found one in the states for me!! Totally above and beyond, and seriously saved the day without the bride ever having to know. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and seem to really care about what you want, as opposed to what they can sell you. We never felt pressured at any point. I also love that they carry more than just size 6 dresses for us to try on. So the average person can find something there too! read more

My bridesmaids and i were SO nervous for trying on our dresses, as we hadn't really done anything like this before, and we were freaking out. We got partnered with Jan, who was absolutely incredible, and helped us so much. She instantly calmed any worry i had, and made us all feel very comfortable. She never looked frustrated or annoyed as i asked to try on the same 2 dresses 3 different times because i couldn't choose, and was quick to point out what made each one special while being respectful to what I was looking for. She even had me try on something completely different to make sure my mind was completely made up. The appointment could have gone way differently than it did, and that was in huge part to her. I went back to try on my dress, and was being helped by another staff member (im honestly not sure what her name was) and as soon as I walked out and was talking to my dad and my mom, Jan actually remembered us and walked right over and said how beautifully it fit and that it looked great. It was so nice to see that she remembered us, and made the entire appointment feel even more special. I would definitely recommend Davids bridal to all of my future friends who will be getting married, as the service, price, and dresses were amazing !!!!! This store deserves MORE than 5 stars. After being to another bridal shop in the states and rushed into purchasing my dress and regretting it, my bridesmaids and I decided to try out this location and I couldn't be happier I did! We walked in without an appointment and were met by one of the sweetest, most helpful people I've ever met! Stephanie was incredible! She listened to everything and was genuinely interested in making my experience as a first time bride amazing and special, the way it should be! She went above and beyond my expectations and completely blew my first experience at another store out of the water. It was like night and day! She made me feel welcomed, and so special! The whole experience was amazing! She saved the day, and my wedding dress dreams entirely! The rest of the staff was also very accommodating and super friendly and I really felt they genuinely cared! My family and I went to David's Bridal for an alteration appointment and to pick up another dress. While trying on the dress, the alterations manager Moe, suggested putting in another two points for the bustle because it would look better. After looking at what he was saying, we agreed, and he was able to put on the points right away for us. The bustle looks so much better with this simple change, and he did not even charge us for it! We are so pleased with the dress. While we were there we also asked if we could have an alteration done to another bridesmaid dress. The staff at David's was very accommodating, and were happy to fit us in. After checking out, we were discussing when we would be able to come back in to pick it up. We are from out of town and were having a bit of difficulty trying to figure out a time. Moe overheard us discussing this and offered to get it done immediately if we wanted to wait half an hour. We came back a short time later and it was done perfectly! We are so impressed with the level of service that David's provided for us, and will definitely be coming back here in the future! Thank you so much to David's Bridal! From the moment I walked into the store, until the moment I walked down the aisle, David's Bridal went above and beyond with their service. The saleswoman was excellent in helping me to pick out the perfect wedding dress. Moe Ramezani, the alterations manager came out and showed me exactly what the dress would look like with the alterations. When I returned for the alterations he showed me many different ways to bustle my dress, exactly how they would hem it so I would not lose the detail along the bottom and on the train, and even how to properly tie the bow on my belt. The alterations were completed on time, and done to perfection! On the day of the wedding the clasp on my dress had broken. Moe arrived at the church, fixed my dress, tied my bow on my belt, and fluffed my dress right before I headed down the aisle. Never have I experienced such amazing service from such an amazing store. Steph at the David's Bridal in London was absolutely phenomenal, she approached me moments after coming into the store, congratulated me and asked me what I was looking for, I showed her some photos and used details of dresses that interested me....SHE STARTED TAKING NOTES of what I liked and didn't like, I was already so impressed! She was a total sweetheart and most importantly, SHE REALLY LISTENED, not just pretended to, genuinely listened and locked onto every little detail I had mentioned. She only showed me dresses she was confidant stayed within my interests. After countless visits to other bridal shops (even another david's bridal location) with not only no luck in finding anything, but leaving each one of them entirely frustrated......I visited DAVID'S BRIDAL in LONDON and had the perfect experience and guess what......I FOUND MY WEDDING DRESS!! AMAZING! I purchased my dress a few years ago and had you tried it on since I bought it. When I called I had told them my problem and they were happy to help. Since my dress was still being produced and had not been altered and still had tags attached. They were more then happy to EXCHANGE it! What?! I went into the store with 3 out of 4 of my VERY opinionated bridesmaids. Holly was my consultant and she was outstanding!! She was so easy going even with my girls grabbing tons of dresses! We accessorized to the hills and finally after 2 hours found a dress I can't live without! Even though Holly was busy manning two appointments at once, and at no point did I feel neglected. I felt like I was the only appointment she had! I was also graced by the presence of Rachel (the manager) who was also amazing. I feel so amazing and their customer service is impeccable!! David's Bridal was the 3rd bridal store I had an appointment with and I should have gone there first ! My appointment was with Michelle & she was fantastic ! She was patient, kind & took the time to try to understand what exactly I was looking for, even though I didn't know myself. After selecting my gown, I then went back as I was having second thoughts. Michelle immediately booked another appointment for me so that I could go back & try on more gowns. Again her patience, professionalism and eye for detail, helped me to found the gown that was the "one". I was able to return the first gown I had bought & paid for and order the second gown instead ! I also had her outfit the bridal party and again, her suggestions allowed all of the 4 girls to select the gown that best fit their body type & personality. My fiancee dragged me in here yesterday... I wasn't sure if I was ready to set a date, pick a dress, and start planning. (This is the second marriage for both of us) From the moment I walked in I started getting nervous, anxious.... Excited... There we were, just two people in a sea of white and I was lost. I was in David's Bridal a week ago shopping for my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses. Going in, I had a pretty good idea of what I liked and didn't like, so as I described this to our attendant, Jessi, I realized it was a tall order. We tried about 3 dresses when she and Deanna (Floor Mgr) passed me a dress that didn't really stand out at first. I figured it was worth trying on... and holy $h!take did they surprise me! It had the lace/crepe combination I loved, combined with the mermaid silhouette I wanted. They brought in an alterations specialist and demonstrated how we could add the off shoulder sleeve I desired. I was so moved... the tears started to build. When going to David's Bridal for the first time I was helped by Kerry who let me try on different bridesmaid dresses so I could pick one for my girls. I found a few I liked but narrowed it down to one. I then brought 5 of my 8 bridesmaids there, a junior bridesmaid and a flower girl to try on dresses. This time I was helped by Rita. She was amazing she found all the girls sizes and then helped me find a junior bridesmaid dress similar to my girls but with straps. She also helped me find a flower girl dress in a similar material. Kerry and Rita along with some other ladies there were very helpful and went above and beyond to find me what I wanted for my special day. Went in today to pick out my 3 bridesmaids dresses and then my own wedding dress. Jessi was our consultant... going into the first appointment I was a bit hesitant about her finding a dress for my grandma who is one of my bridesmaids, she is 73 years old and 4"10. But we were able to find all three bridesmaid dresses within 30mins! Next was my own appointment. Im a "plus size" girl so i was very nervous about and self-conscious. But i knew I wanted a ballgown and the first dress I tried on was the one! Jessi did an amazing job finding all three bridesmaids dresses and my dream dress in such a short amount of time. AMAZING STAFF!! I am a bride who to be honest, can not/ will not spend a fortune on a dress that i am going to wear once, and i am not asking my wedding party to do the same. With our budget the staff here not only found me a dress right on the budget, and bridesmaids dresses UNDER budget, the staff also made me feel like i was the only one in the store, and made me feel like welcomed. On every visit, which has been quite a few in the last few weeks, every lady who has assisted me have been more then could be expected. David's Bridal was so helpful in finding me a wedding dress. My consultant, Jan, gave myself and my party her full attention. She listened to everything I wanted in a wedding dress, and from there, pulled designs she though I would enjoy and would be flattering. Despite coming in with a list of dresses to try a mile long, Jan found the perfect dress for me. Not only did she make time for me to return well after my appointment time was over, but she was always very conscious of my budget. The dress she found me was hundred of dollars below my budget's upper limit! After she found my dream dress, she even helps my mother-in-to to be find herself a dress!
