My Review is as follows for each department encountered: Chris (manager) should receive 5 stars for excellent service Older Woman with the blonde hair manager who name I am sorry I don't remember 4 stars Front Desk: receives Zero Stars because they were very rude each time our party came into the store (Ricky and other assisting front desk agents) Appointment dressing agent: Alexanderia 3 stars she was very helpful doing the best that she could considering she had no help for our large party. Overall experience two stars I received excellent customer service from the Manager named Chris at the store where I completed my order. I came into the store following an awful customer service experience with a young lady (Ricky) over the phone regarding a question I had about my order. The young lady (Ricky) had such a terrible attitude that the bride and the rest of the wedding party wanted to cancel our orders. Being the matron of honor I told the bride not to cancel with the store. Instead orders where placed online to avoid going back into the store. The wedding party was already upset because the front desk agent attempted to turn us around before we could tell her we had an appointment. I don't know if the store is in the business of turning people around even if we didn't have an appointment considering that our party was very large. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional for the agent to cost the store money. Lucky a manager had overruled her and let us into the store. I came into the store and communicated my dissatisfaction regarding how rudely our wedding party was treated by the agent over the phone. The manager Chris had a very polite attitude and expedited the transaction with no problem. Chris displays a excellent customer service mindset toward each customer. I have watched him each time I have come into the store displaying a wonderful knowledge of store inventory, multitask effectively when the store is busy and excellent fashion toward each body type. Chris saved the account for the store. I remember watching he make a bride feel very pretty when she was uncertain. The store is very very very very luck to have Chris. Also Alexandria the agent that helped the wedding party with our dresses and shoes displayed excellent customer service and high knowledge of the inventory of the store. Please see that the agents doing all of your telephone calls know that there are customers who seek quality service. read more

The associates I've come in contact with at this location are amazing. I needed three visits before I found The Dress and Rachel helped me each time. She's very attentive and sweet, and even when she was dealing with multiple customers at the same time, I didn't feel forgotten. I had a false alarm on trip #2. I thought I found The Dress and even did the bell ceremony, but the whole time I was still waffling between the dress I chose and my other top choice. I slept on the decision and woke up knowing it wasn't right. I scheduled one more "emergency appointment" with Rachel, who was extremely positive about the whole thing, which I really needed. She and one of the managers, Chris, assured me that they'd take care of me.The entire time, I felt like I was working with people who genuinely cared and wanted me to find My Dress. I wasn't able to get the second dress that I had been eyeing, but Rachel was able to find me a similar alternative that would work for the exchange. My expectation was that I'd quietly exchange the dress with no fanfare, since we'd already celebrated, but Chris came over and I got to have a do-over bell ceremony! Since it was a last minute appointment and my gown squad was not in attendance, Rachel recorded it for me. I love how they get everyone involved in the celebration; even though I was technically shopping alone, I didn't have to celebrate by myself. :) Processing the exchange had to be a headache, but Chris was very gracious. Hello, my name is Tiana Sanders I live in Oklahoma City an I have 7 bridesmaids they are all if different states I already had a issue with the David's bridal in Oklahoma City but then it became a bigger issue with the David's bridal in Colorado Springs with one of my bridesmaids the store gave us the run around about this dress we needed to order so the store in Topeka Ks gave us 2 stores that had the dress in their store so I called the Tennessee store talked to a consultant named Maria she took the time to hear what was going on an she went above an beyond to find this dress an once she did she told me my options on making sure the dress was here on time something that the store in Colorado Springs for some odd reason could not do not only did she find the dress she took the time to contact me back the next day to make sure we had the dress well we had yet another issue with the Colorado Springs store she did more leg work even though the dress was not being ordered threw her store she contacted the other store once we called the store in Colorado Springs after Ms. Maria went out her way to make sure we got the dress finally we have the dress ordered I want to thank Ms. Maria for everything that she did for me she helped a stressful bride's day for this one. I was a bit hesitant going into David's Bridal because I had heard unsettling things about the company in general. HOWEVER, I was wonderfully surprised with the service that I received yesterday at the Wolfchase location. I made my appointment online the night before and showed up thirty minutes early to my appointment just to look around a bit. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm greetings and congratulatory statements. As soon as my sales consultant, KeeKee arrived, she carried all the dresses I had pulled to the dressing room and set me up completely. I did not realize there were sizes on the dresses (oops!) but KeeKee went to the floor and got me the correct sizes and even pulled dresses that were similar to the ones I pulled for more options. From the very first dress I tried on, KeeKee and the manager, Chris made me feel like a beautiful bride. They were full of compliments and advice. They even allowed me to talk to the alteration manager when I had a question about the dress size. Within in an hour I was able to buy the perfect dress complete with a veil, belt, and hair comb. I had such a pleasant time at David's Bridal and I highly recommend KeeKee and Chris (they are a dynamic team!!). read more

I walked into David's Bridal for the first time for myself, not realizing I needed any appointment if there was no assistance available. Michelle was so nice to me. Not only did she schedule me an appointment for the following week, she and another young lady assisted my daughter with trying on prom dresses. She was so very awesome and polite from beginning to end. When I returned the following week I explained that it was "A FAITH MOVE" and with no further questions she and the team there sprang into action. Ms. Sonya introduced herself and told me that she would assist me with whatever I needed and Pam made it all about me and what i wanted. She provided Nee with everything shoes, girdle and everything in between. She was very down to earth. Pam gave me room to try on my picks and then, out of the dresses I chose, she went and picked out a dress for me that included everything I was looking for and then some. I couldn't have picked a more Beautiful dress! She paid close Attention to the style and detail I wanted and found a dress that had it all. I'm soooo appreciative of them. I actually had a very good customer service experience at David's Bridal Wolfchase location. My daughter and I went to look for a bride's maid dress without an appointment. I didn't realize you can't just walk in and look around. Yes, the lady at the front desk was abrupt - not a good start, and since it's been mentioned by several reviewers upper management might want to consider some retraining- but we were assigned to Rachel, and things improved form then on. We didn't even have to wait. Even though she already had a full wedding party and at least a couple of other clients to serve,Rachel spent time with us, pulled some excellent dress choices based on our needs, and in the end found the right dress for my daughter. Rachel was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the other sales staff smiled and greeted us as we shopped. The prices at David's were affordable, and the selection was very good. We will likely return to shop shoes and accessories for the wedding party. Next time, we'll call ahead and make an appointment. read more

Great experience! Kiki was my stylist and was wonderful! I had an appointment and the minute I arrived, they were waiting for me and had dresses waiting for me in the dressing room (I had sent them a picture of the style dress I liked). I had undivided attention and felt like a princess as I tried on 5 dresses.They gave me a corset, slip, a veil, and even shoes so I could have everything I needed for the dress to fit and look perfectly. I felt that my stylist (as well as other employees who werent helping customers watched me try on dresses) gave me very honest opinions on how the dress looked on me while at the same time, careful that the final decision was mine. Then my stylist helped my 14 year old tomboy daughter find the perfect dress also. Despite the negative reviews, please try this store but make an appointment so you can have the undivided customer service experience you will want. They have a huge selection of dresses and a very nice dressing area. read more

First let me say that I am an indecisive person overall; so as I began planning my wedding my indecisive tendencies went into overdrive, this includes settling on ONE gown. But even with my mental chaos, every time that I walked into David's Bridal my experience was awesome. Chris, one of the managers, was exceptional! I purchased one gown but I ended up falling in love with another one. So I called the store and asked if there was anything that I could do to get the "new gown", and needless to say, Chris made it happen for me! He went TWO extra miles to ensure that I was satisfied and ready for my wedding day. Chris' bubbly personality will make you laugh during the course of your visit, as well as take away any anxiety or stress that you may be feeling (which most brides experience during this process). I would definitely recommend David's Bridal, but more importantly, I would recommend asking for Chris. You won't regret it!!!!!! read more

I ordered my bridal gown the beginning of January for my wedding in October, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I tried on two gowns and the second one I tried on was The One! By the beginning of February I had already received my dress and was setting up my alterations appointment for September 3rd! Which brings me to today...I went in to get my dress bustled and ended up needing a size smaller dress than I had originally ordered! The wonderful ladies ordered me another dress so that I can swap out the one I have, are making sure it arrives In two weeks so I can get alterations the same day! I was overjoyed! They went above and beyond! They could have gotten the money for altering my dress a complete size, but instead, they had me as a person in mind and did what they could to make me have the best experience possible. However when I get there the site was still down! ! Panic mode because I did not know the names of the dresses I selected because I saved them on-line. Shemeeka picked the final dress that I tried on that I said YES to, she has a great sense of style!!! She picked a dress that I would have never glanced at!! Now let's talk about Chris!!! He was patient, attentive, upbeat and through it all had a smile on his face. I was very pleasantly surprised the first time I shopped here without an appointment and had a great experience. Walked out the door having found a dress I loved. The wedding venue was changed and had to buy a different dress for such a different venue. Went back the second time again without an appointment and was ushered right in and as soon as the sales lady conferred with me about what style I was looking for she started pulling dresses and bringing them to me. She never left for longer than to put dresses back I didn't like and pick more. She spent quite a bit of time with us so we could find the perfect dress. They not only helped me, 3 months ago, find the minimalistic dress that had a "wow" factor... it ended up ringing up to be $99! WHAT!?!! This past thursday night (4/2/15) I was helping one of my bridesmaids pick out her dress, time ran out and I, being a frantic bride, freak out and called over to D.B. to see if i could come in 5 minutes after closing to either purchase or order the slip for my dress... The staff was amazing! Chris the assistant manager took such great care of me by checking to see if they had it in stock and when they didnt he ordered it for me after hours. Every bride has their own experience and I must say that mine was wonderful all because of Chris, the manager at the Bartlett David's Bridal. He went over and beyond the call of duty for me, especially when I was forced to change my dress three times! He was so patient and attentive with me while dealing with my frustrations. He also made sure I had everything I needed for my big day and even stayed late, after his shift was over, to provide the best customer service possible. His staff was helpful as well. Ok so I have to say this! I love Chris! He is my bridal guardian angel! He has helped me with dress issues and mind changes numerous times. He helped me with an issue one of my bridesmaids had with an associate and he took care of it! I'm so greatful for him working at DB because without him I would have never been able to buy my gorgeous dress! He makes me feel like a bride should feel! Almost 4 years ago I purchased my wedding dress from this location and had a great experience. Now, one of my bridesmaids is getting married and I'm the MOH. I purchased my dress then proceeded to have a baby and now the wedding is less than three months away. Needless to say, I no longer fit in my dress. I brought it back to this store hoping that they could help me and I'm so glad I did. Chris immediately assisted me in finding the size I needed and conducted the exchange for me. I went into the Wolf Chase Galleria location on 6/9/2016 for my appointment with Lydia with low expectations. I was looking at their sales dresses after all. This is a small DIY affair and not my first wedding. Coming on the heels of my Mother's death in May, we just no longer have the will or the funds to have the wedding we once might have. Lydia treated me as if I was the most important Bride she helped all day even though I selected one of her $99 dresses. She made me feel like my Mom was present. A sales associate by the name of Shard a' Saved the day for my daughter and I! My daughter purchased a dress from David's in Nashville. She bought it to Memphis which is home to get her final fitting. To our surprise she had gained weight and the dress could not be altered. We were devistated. Shard a' showed sooo much professionalism and patience when it came to helping us find another dress. Sharda' was wonderful to work with also her manager Kim is wonderful as well!
