It was a busy day today shopping for bridal gowns and had a standing 90 minute fitting at Luv Bridal. Plenty of parking available. Upon entry we were warmly greeted by the fashion director and our two personal fitting coordinators who quickly explained the process. An open suite with a closed fitting booth was provided with access to a full kitchen of complimentary treats and drinks. The rep established the type of desired gown style and price point then began pulling several pieces of inventory from the plentiful racks. Offering in-store alterations as part of the bridal gown shopping experience, could be a fantastic marketing tool. It adds extra convenience and value for customers, making the experience even more seamless. It could also build stronger customer loyalty by showing that you're attentive to their needs from start to finish. Plus, it could potentially increase customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth referrals. I hope this process gets implemented and spoke with the fashion director on this issue who provided feedback. Many of the gowns were elegantly designed but only one caused a storewide thunderous explosion of applaud from staff and onlookers. My experience with Luv bridal was nothing short of amazing! This is the first bridal store I visited and I am glad that it was. You can easily make an appointment online. They will send you a message about a week before your appointment to get to know your vision for your dress (style, silhouette, size, and budget). Lily was my assistant during my visit and she was very helpful. She was able to prepare the dresses I sent her before the visit and she also showed a couple more that I might like. She guided me throughout my entire fitting. The shop itself is very elegant looking. Everything inside is so clean and welcoming. They have a welcome sign/board that has the brides' names for that day. They also have light snacks and beverages for you and your family/friends. From the moment I walked in, Rihanna welcomed me warmly with coffee and such a friendly attitude. She took the time to sit down with me and really understand what I was looking for. Then she walked the showroom with me and encouraged me to pick out any dresses that stood out to me. I ended up trying on about eight dresses, and she was incredibly patient the entire time. She was honest with her thoughts, supportive, and truly listened to what I wanted. The showroom itself is gorgeous--spacious and filled with so many beautiful dress options. However, I received a call from another stylist, whose name I believe started with an M, informing me that my budget of $1800 was not acceptable since dresses began at $2500, and suggested I consider other options. I felt insulted and decided to cancel the appointment after expressing how rude that comment was. Nevertheless, she inadvertently did me a favor, as I ended up going to This is Me Bridal Boutique, where I had an amazing experience and found my stunning dress. She made me (and my family/friends) feel so relaxed and calm, despite being nervous to try on dresses. After explaining to her what my style and wedding details were, she said that she had 'THE PERFECT DRESS' in mind and suggested I try it on. WOW!!! I cannot recommend Luv Bridal enough. This was my first and only stop to finding my dream dress and with the help of Torino all my dreams came true. When I arrived I was greeted and brought to my bridal stage. Torino asked me questions about my style and what I was looking for. Then he took me through the isles and showed me all the amazing gowns I picked out some on their website before arriving and he pulled some of those and I also picked from their big selection. Finally the time came to try them on the first dress I put on turned out to be exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't know it as it was a random pick I grabbed from the rack. I tried a few others on but nothing stood out like the first one. So when I finally said yes to the dress they had me walk down the aisle to my song and it was so emotional and such an amazing feeling. Luv Bridal made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. I loved how the staff would compliment and give insight on the dresses of the clients they weren't working on. It felt very comfortable for me as someone who was very nervous about doing this. They have a wide variety of sizes which was so amazing that I was actually able to try on my dream dress that was my size so I truly knew what it would feel like. The prices range from affordable to little high up but Torino told us they have nothing over $8,000 which I think is pretty amazing because their collection of dresses was very big. We had a stellar experience at Luv with Cassandra! We were warmly greeted and taken to one of several lounge areas with snacks, coffee, and tea. There is a large couch and several high chairs to accommodate a large party. The changing room is situated in a half moon shape to allow the expert pinning and adjustment of the dress before showing it to the group. We were delighted by the selection of dresses from popular designers and the discounts available for " love at first sight" purchases. Overall for value there are some dresses whose pricing can be negotiated down to be more competitive, but the care taken of us was very professional and warm. We thought Cassandra did an great job of supporting the bride while also giving honest feedback and choosing the perfect veil to our dresses.
