From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. I rarely write reviews, but this company and Vitaliy really saved us. We got into a large renovation and had horrible problems with another tile contractor. I won't go into all the details, but we had a brand new house and new tile and most of it had to be ripped out. Tile is not one of those things that are easy to undo mistakes (especially in areas where water contacts). Vitaliy came out when others did not want to get involved. He came out listened to us, showed us things he thought were done wrong and even called the other tile contractor to share his insights on the problematic work. He built a lot of credibility before we even started. He got his team out to demo and reinstall tile in our bathrooms. The end product is exactly what we had discussed and he charged us exactly what he proposed. He and his team were courteous the entire time they were here. We recently replaced our carpet with David Flooring, and it turned out to be a really smooth experience. David came over, took measurements, and gave us a straightforward quote--very easy to work with and no pressure. We later visited his shop, picked the carpet we liked, and he got it ordered right away. It was delivered within a week, which was great. Installation happened on the next business day. two guys came in the morning and started removing the old carpet. By the afternoon, a few more team members joined, and they finished everything the same day. The work was clean and neatly done. They vacuumed everything and hauled away the old carpet, so we didn't have to worry about cleanup. What really stood out was how helpful David and his team were--they even helped move a few things upstairs and fixed some creaking spots by adding nails. That extra effort made a big difference. I have two bathrooms where the caulking around the tub and shower have become moldy over the years and I needed someone to replace it. Adrian responded to my request right away and, after considering other bids, I chose David's Flooring. They offered to do this for 1/3rd of the lowest bid that I received from anyone else. Several of the other companies weren't willing to consider the job because it was relatively small and didn't involve any tile work. The technician finished this morning and both bathtubs/showers look brand new. The technician was friendly, efficient, and skilled. We had David's flooring install beautiful hardwood floors throughout our home and they did an incredible job! The crew is polite, professional, and efficient. We were able to order custom floor vents that lay flush and match our floors as well as custom square nose stair heads that look great! The team installed and painted our baseboards in such a timely fashion even our exterior painter was impressed. We also had them lay tile in our laundry room and we are very pleased with how it turned out! We had many options of grout to choose from and the grout lines are very fine which we are grateful for!
