Do you ever meet someone who really enjoys their work? That is what it is like when you meet Pamela and David Campbell. This couple seems to really enjoy their work, take pride in it, and they are damn good at it! My RV roof had been leaking and I had a leak in my black line as well--two places you don't want leaks. I was worried as well, that resealing the roof would be just crazy expensive but it must be done. The Campbells don't mark up parts and since they are buying in bulk, they were able to get the needed sealants less than I could if I was to try to buy them at retail. This is all clearly shown on the detailed invoice. In addition to completing the requested maintenance, they also noticed one of my vent caps was missing and went ahead and replaced both as the originals were plastic and it was just a matter of time for the other cap to fall off. They also noticed a potential issue with a light fixture inside and asked me if I wanted them to look into it. They also pointed out some other seals and things to keep an eye on. This is truly invaluable to have someone proactively pointing out potential issues and I will definitely bring my RV back to the Campbells to fix those next season. They are truly a joy to work with as most service providers not that pleasant to work with, can be uncommunicative, and will only fix exactly what was asked with no further care. David and Pamela were amazing! We have zero experience with RVs and recently bought an older 5th wheel. Discovered it had a leak around the slide-out. We needed help finding out how to repair the leak AND a general tutorial on testing, using and properly maintaining our 5th wheel. They showed us how we could easily repair the leak ourselves and thoroughly showed us everything we needed to know about using it. I had a leak coming from the base of my toilet. David discovered the problem and since it was something I could easily do myself he instructed me how. I feel any other maintenance man would have took it upon himself to fix it and charged me. Pamela and David only ended up charging me the service fee and that was way worth it. Not only did he instruct me on how to fix the problem but he also feed me a little bit of knowledge about living in my RV. Disclaimer: my experience with David's was limited, but it was excellent nonetheless. I called due to an issue I had with my TT slide. They returned my call promptly, and when they said they wouldn't be able to help me due to a recent medical procedure that would prevent David from working on sides, they referred me to a competitor that they recommended for his excellent service. Contacted Dave about having the roof of our pop up camper replaced, because that is what I was told absolutely needed to be done. Dave and his wife Pamela asked specific questions about the extent of the cracks in the outer shell, and if any other problems existed because of it. They then explained in detail the easy fix I could do myself to correct the problem that would save me thousands of dollars. Pamela then followed up with an email to recap all that we had discussed concerning prep and application; product with parts number; place to order it from, with phone #, and prompts to get to the parts department. I can assure anyone reading this you will never find more honest, reliable business owners than David and Pamela in the whole state of Texas. We were in from out of town and found out quickly that our toilet had a major leak. We hoped to ha pie it repaired that day, but discovered mobile service with Saturday hours are rare, or don't cover plumbing. We were so glad to hear back from this company. Although they couldn't come out, they helped me troubleshoot and told me where to go to get parts and what parts to get. The repair was surprisingly easy and I was grateful for their help.
