They offered lower price to make up but we didn't want to give them business. I found Seattle flooring in yelp with good reviews and they were quick to come out and had extremely good prices and even had an install appointment avail a few days later. The install guys came on time and did a great job. I'm so happy I went with this company!! I feel they are one of the few companies left that seem to actually care about their customers and they did good work. I highly recommend them!

He also referred us to a moving company to move our furniture out of the carpeted areas. He then coordinated with the movers and installers to make sure that the work was done expeditiously and at minimal disruption to us. The installers were excellent as well. The end result essentially transformed our house. The cost for the work was reasonable and actually less than we expected. We strongly recommend Eric and Premiere Floors.

Kitchen, living room, hall in vinyl plank and three bedrooms redone in carpet. The process took. It was scheduled for three days but things were changed and during the process to take two days. Pros: The end product is beautiful! They do a gorgeous job, are extremely flexible with busy working schedules like mine, and the price point is extremely reasonable for the quality of product (I got 5 quotes from all the major places). I also dealt with the owner as all other reviews say you will which is nice. It truly is a small family business. Cons: I don't know if you'd call this a con but is worth mentioning. This is a VERY small company. A family business. I prefer supporting a family business but I also expected a "team" to come lay my plank flooring and only one person came alone and was here until 8pm- almost a 12 hour day! He did a perfect job. The quality is unmatched and I am very pleased. Also, there were a couple instances of running late and we had to call them to check up - it would have been nice if we would have gotten a call instead of us having to reach out. Over all I am extremely pleased with their company and would recommend them to anyone.

TJ came out and…read morewrote up the estimate and from there I spent a couple weeks taking home samples from their showroom to finally decide on the color and finish which I choose Karastan Cocoa walnut which is a really rich warm color that matched perfectly for my home! TJ was super professional and courteous and helped me on this huge investment for my home! Slovak was my installer and he was top notch attention to detail very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job installing the floor. The floor is super tight as in no squeaking when I walk on it as it's a floating floor. They helped me to avoid repainting my walls by suggesting using 1/4 inch plywood to help raise floors so when he reinstalled baseboards they were high enough to avoid full paint. I just had to do some touch-up in a couple areas. Super happy with the job they did! Also Slovak the installer did a great job on cleanup after each day of all the sawdust in my garage and driveway from cutting the floor pieces!
