I paid $122 to replace a missing part on my old Singer and for a tune up because the machine had been sitting dormant for nearly a decade. I don't know if that's a good price or not, but the machine works and I'm very pleased. I wish they had more sewing accessories for sale. Their main focus here is the fabrics.

As soon as I walked in, the only store employee who was working at the time named JANE did not greet me at all. She showed poor customer service and was not able to help me with what I needed. When I walked over to where she was standing she failed to greet me again as a customer, and never said anything such as "How May I help you?" Once I finally got Jane's attention she just stared at me...so I proceeded to let her know the reason why I'm visiting the store was to find a beige colored piece of fabric to patch up a mark I had on my coat. The first thing Jane told me was "we don't have that type of material." She didn't bother to look at my garment or offer to assist me in finding something similar. She then proceeded to tell me "you can look around yourself." I almost walked out of the store due to her lack of customer service. I was honestly disgusted by her attitude and how rude she was. Jane, I hope you learn how to have basic customer service skills one day because your service was awful towards me.

That was August 5th. since then Edwin promises the pillow shortly, soon, in 2 weeks, etc. I even went to his store on that day he said the pillow would be ready but the pillow is not done. now he ignores my calls and texts. I write this after 4 months of waiting. my recommendation is hold back money on his jobs until everything is complete.

I was given a 3-hour window for both, and the pro arrived well within the first 30 minutes for the pickup, and right on the stroke of the first hour for the delivery. We took them to Kauffman's after seeing the wonderful reviews, and we couldn't be more pleased. The craftsmanship is spectacular. These are Ethan Allen chairs, and they look better than brand new. There is no reason to go out and ever buy brand new chairs. Find chairs with good bones, take them to Kauffman's to be reupholstered and you will be so much happier with the result. I cannot wait to find the next chairs to get done at Kauffmans. Their work is a work of art.
