He is a very knowledgeable gentleman, and he was able to give me suggestions on the most cost-effective tires, all with a non-pushy attitude. Also, very timely service for a busy day as the balance, wheel alignment, and lung nut and two new tire installation was performed within 45 mins if not less. As we know, it is difficult to find honest work in auto service and even more so to place your trust in the people handling your car. I am fortunate enough to say that I have found my shop, and my experience with Nicholas and his teammates played a significant role. Nonetheless, Stephen was able to retrieve the tire, and was happy to wait on me to pick it up that same day. When I arrived, Stephen was busy helping out other customers, as well as giving a hand to his teammates in the bay area. A few minutes later, he received me with a smile, and rolled over the tire to my car. He even dedicated a few minutes of his precious time to "apologize for the trouble" and shake my hand. Come to find out that I had a nail in my tire that they patched for free (warranty) and if it couldn't be patched, they would have replaced it for free. They also price match, so don't let their online tire prices deter you. Additionally, they have mobile service at this location and can meet you at your location.
