On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. When we showed up to pick up the trailer at the time we had agreed upon they had given our trailer to somebody else. They had a hard time tracking down our rental confirmation, but when they did find it, they just said too bad. No apology or any thing. The only thing they could offer was a rusty stock trailer that the doors would hardly open or to sell us a brand new trailer. Now I'm less scrambling around trying to find a trailer. I will never use them again. I'd recommend staying far away unless you have back up options.
