I bought tires, wheels and pressure sensors. first trip back was for under inflated tire second trip back for problem with the new tire pressure sensors and no caps on valve stems. third trip back was for vibration They had to had to order part for wheel assembly that was missing Fourth trip back to get missing parts installed Wasted several hours returning plus about hundred miles driving just to get things corrected that should not have been a problem. read more

Drove over a nail somewhere near the parks mall and this was the first shop i rolled into. They didnt have the tires for my car but they offered to take out the nail, plug it, and fill it with air, as good as new. The service took all but around 15 minutes and the owner (i believe) was kind and helpful. He also explained to me about the state of my tires and answered any questions I had. To my surprise, they didnt charge me at all for this service, which was very kind of them. Thanks for the assistance! read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! We took my son's truck up there to have 4 new tires put on. When he called beforehand, he let them know the tire size and the man on the phone said they would be able to put them on no problem and that they may need to do some trimming to make them fit. They initially tried to let him leave without doing any trimming and the tires rubbed so bad, he couldn't get out of the parking lot. My son went back in and told the guy behind the desk, who then told him he was sorry that they do what they were supposed to do and to come back at 7 and they would have the truck ready. Son and husband went back at 7 and the truck hadn't even been touched (after 3 hours). Finally at 8 two guys - who we ASSUMED worked there - started working on the truck, cutting the crash bar and trimming the plastic so the tires would fit without rubbing and my son found out once the truck was ready that the two guys didn't even work there - they had on City of Grand Prairie shirts and were only there to pick up lug nuts! Well, guess what? When they cut the crash bar under the truck, they sliced the harness for the tail lights, which ended up costing us $1400 to repair! This all happened on a Friday night and we had to take the truck to get the tail lights repaired. I called on Monday and the guy on the phone put on a real good show "Oh ma'am that's terrible. I really hope that someone that didn't work here worked on his truck because we don't allow that". He did say we could bring the truck back up for them to look at it, to which I said no f'ng way! This place is a schotty excuse for a tire shop. I would NEVER tell anyone to take a vehicle they care about here. We've spent lots of money on tires and wheels in the past on all of our vehicles and I've never had such an unprofessional experience. What we were having done is VERY common and they couldn't even manage to do that. read more

Well deserved 5 stars...let me tell you why. I blew out my tire after hitting a pothole and had to drive on the spare donut overnight. I wasn't upset at the fact that I had to change a flat on the highway at 5:30am. I dreaded the thought of having to go to a tire shop and wait an hour for a 10 minute job. These guys took real good care of me. I arrived at the shop 11:30am and was out of there by 11:45am with a brand new tire; consultation and repair took 10 minutes...the other 5 minutes was catching up with the guys since I had bought the tires from them during a Black Friday sale. But wait...this isn't as good as it gets. The best part is that they matched the price of the tire I bought when it was on sale during Black Friday. This is 5-star customer service. Absolutely AWFUL. Was told that if I showed up by 3:00p my truck would be done by 4:00p (I thought was a little quick but trusted the guy). I showed up at 2:40p & told him I had to be gone by 4:15, I could get picked up if they needed more time & was told to just stay & it would be fine. It's 4:40p & it's just now what they considered to be "finished" I paid & went to drive out of the parking lot, and I couldn't even turn my tires it was running so much. I asked the guy about it & he said it wasn't his problem, then he proceeded to stay seated & eat along with everybody else. (Even though prior, they told me any trimming that was needed for the tires WOULD'VE been done) the front desk guy tells me to come back by 7:00p & everything will be done properly. Show up at 6:55p & my fucking truck hasn't been touched. I complain to the guy (who apparently doesn't even work there) & he said they'll get it fixed. Me & my dad stood there until 9:15p to make sure it was done properly, & it was done by 2 guys who didn't even work there. Thankfully for them, it may not have ever been done. Absolutely worst fucking experience ever. Horrible customer service. Never again, and NEVER would recommend. read more

Needed new tires and had about a week until payday so we went here. They broke my tire sensors! I have a brand new car with 51,000 miles! Went back and they said nothings wrong. Then had the nerve to say that my tires weren't even low, whenever we pulled up PSI was at 31-35 in all tires when it should have been at 45 in each one. So basically they aired up my tires. Won't be coming back here. Now I am going to be out more money to go to the dealership and have my sensors fixed. read more

Lied to me!! Do not finance anything through Texas Tires. Pay in full or don't buy anything at all. I bought a lift kit and tires and decided financing was the best option for me and sounded like a pretty good deal. No interest if paid in 12 months. Sounds good right? Until I call the company I was financing through (KRW & Associates) and find out that I have to return the product (why would I RETURN a lift kit and tires) or pay the residual value from the lease/loan of an additional $2300!!! DO NOT FINANCE. The guy that sold me the kit never mentioned I had to return the product or pay the residual value. Needless to say I was livid and can't do anything about it. read more

Hands down worst place! Completely over priced !!!!!!!!!! I went to get wheels and tire. I paid over 1,188thousand dollars for tires that are originally $80 each !!!! The final price came out to 1,188 dollars just for the tires alone ! For the rims I got charged 1,815!!! The sales rep Natalia kept insisting I buy something I clearly don't want.. the whole process was so rushed ... I later got called out by one of my buddies that I got ripped off I then started searching how much the tires and rims actually cost, in total it should of been 1,200 for both, I ended up paying $3,005 !! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Went to have my rim repaired...they said one-day turn-around. They put my spare on Friday, told me to come back on Saturday for completion. (They took my name/number at this time as well.) When I arrived Saturday, they said it would not be ready until Monday due to the holiday. I was upset because I planned to join my family out of town but was now stuck in town with a spare tire. I came back Monday...DRAMA! My rim still was not ready and would NOT be ready until Wednesday. Okay...they could have CALLED ME to let me know since I live relatively far from this location. Came back on Wednesday and finally had rim put on. Cost $120...It should have been FREE for the time and back/forth hassle I had with this piss-poor tire shop. Not to mention, the repairman threw my spare tire in the back seat (instead of replacing it back into the truck unit). Who the heck does that? I didn't notice it until I went to drive clients around that day...SO EMBARRASSED!!!! Now, it seems the rim is still broken so I lost $120, but it would have been almost worth it for a better experience and better service. Overall... POOR/UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE: Should have properly communicated the turn-around time of the task before they started the work. The clerk should have double-checked turn-around time since it was a holiday weekend. While I was there the clerks constantly cursed and yelled back and forth (rude/ghetto). Front desk paperwork looked very unorganized. He couldn't find anything, especially my contact information that I had given him. I can see why this place is not up to the standards of a Discount Tire Company or even NTB. The professionalism, ethics and work-pride are simply non-existent. read more

His warranty included life time rotation and balance, free flat tire repair and also a manufacturer warranty... It was very pleasant and very friendly service! Very poorly ran tire shop with sloppy jokers working in it. Every tire they have ever replaced on two of my cars goes flat within a couple of days. This tells me they are not properly sealing the new tire on the rim. They even broke a stud off in the process of taking the wheel off!! I'm extremely disappointed with Texas tires. They seem clueless about why my tires continue to leak air and don't seem very enthusiastic to fix the problem. Probably just due to laziness and lack of knowledge. Please take your car somewhere else where the workers are professional and not giggling around like a bunch of little girls. read more

The staff VERY unprofessional and lacked integrity. I called over the phone to get tires order and was wondering why I didn't hear from anyone the next day to tell me the tires arrived. I found out after calling that the female took my information wrong. So I went there to have my two front tires replaced which should not have taken over 45 minutes to do. The mechanic took off my old front tires and placed them on the rear. Then tried to tell me that the back tires were bad which was a LIE because I had those replace less than 2 years ago by Discount tires. The males in the bay area were raising their voice and telling me not to accuse them of lying and became very defensive. I told them there was no reason that my back tires should have been removed. I felt as a female that they thought I would just accept their dishonesty and were trying to take my good tires. Stop trying to take advantage of female's while your at it. #texastire. If I could give it no star I would. Horrible experience. I live 2 hours away, the guy told us to be there at 7am to get a lift kit/ new wheels put on. Dropped the truck off, came back at 2:30 just for them to tell us that they don't even have the lift kit in their possession. Nobody tried to call to inform us of that. They did accommodate us with 60 dollars for us to stay in a hotel in Arlington so we didn't have to waste the gas driving back and forth. Got back the next day around 10 and it still was not done, we waited another 4-5 hours. Before they took it off of the lift we noticed scratches where the valve stems are. They told us they would order us new wheels and tell the company they ordered through that they got them "out of the box" scratched. They sent it to an alignment shop, the alignment wasn't even done correctly. It's now 3 weeks later, still no call. So I called to ask them what the update was, the lady that I talked to had no knowledge of any order being put in for us. The guy Safeen got on the phone and told us the company would not warranty them, which I don't blame them because they didn't come out of the box scratched. Their workers scratched the wheels. I asked multiple times for the bosses name and phone number and he will not give it to me. Do not ever go through them! Horrible place an totally unprofessional. I'm supposed to be receiving a phone call from the boss sometime today, so we will see.. read more

My mechanic referred me to Yousef at Texas Tires when I needed 2 new tires. Yousef's initial quote was not as good as Discount Tire, but offered to match and I agreed to buy the tires. Installation was very quick....HOWEVER, the invoice did not include any warranty information. I should have asked more questions before making the purchase. A couple of days later when I had to get on the highway, I noticed a vibration. One of the new tires is WAY overinflated. In hindsight, I really wished I had gone to Discount Tire because at least I know they would have balanced the tires for free....PLUS, I'm reading that new tires should be mounted on the rear. I was replacing my front tires....so they mounted the new ones in front. Seems like they would have recommended rotation. Discount Tires would have provided the rotation for free as well. read more

Walked in yesterday responding to an ad of new wheels for my 350z. The employee(Gise,I believe)who greeted me was definitely hot/sweaty but managed a smile and polite hello. He not only gave me an unbeatable deal for a wheel and tire package but he even test fitted multiple sizes to see which one I liked better! Half way through the process another employee found a cross threaded nut/stud and they spent the next hour and a half trying to get it off. I applaud them for their persistence because it was terribly messed up! It took 3-4 guys and a lot of power tools but they eventually got it done. I was expecting to pay extra for the garage time but nothing was added! I was extremely happy and the final product came out just how I pictured it in my head. I will be coming back to these guys for all my suspension and tire needs. Great group and business ethic! read more
