Walked out feeling like I got way more than that. Dr. Jason picked up on where I was at almost right away and just leveled with me. He talked me through how IV therapy actually works and explained NAD+ in a way that made me realize I've done this three times before and never actually had NAD+ in my drip. That part alone changed how I'm thinking about the whole thing. Michelle is also super direct, which I really appreciated. She's clearly skilled (didn't feel the stick at all) and just easy to be around. I felt comfortable the whole session. I got a lot out of meeting both of them and want to come back not just for the drip but to actually catch up. This is my go-to spot now. They were so respectful in my home, my dogs adored them; it was a very wonderful experience, which getting an IV usually isn't. They left me with wonderful resources, they were so lovely. The owner provided me a super bill to assist in insurance reimbursement since they don't take insurance and there was no need for her to do that but she went above and beyond in her help which was so sweet! They had heating pads, magazines, beverages and everything to make it such a great environment! The only reason I haven't been back is that I now do get my infusions covered through insurance. I wish I could have used them every time though because what an amazing place!!
