Walked out feeling like I got way more than that. Dr. Jason picked up on where I was at almost right away and just leveled with me. He talked me through how IV therapy actually works and explained NAD+ in a way that made me realize I've done this three times before and never actually had NAD+ in my drip. That part alone changed how I'm thinking about the whole thing. Michelle is also super direct, which I really appreciated. She's clearly skilled (didn't feel the stick at all) and just easy to be around. I felt comfortable the whole session. I got a lot out of meeting both of them and want to come back not just for the drip but to actually catch up. This is my go-to spot now. In the lobby they offer free water, tea, and coffee. From what I've seen during Covid, the staff wears mask/gloves at all times and the interior overall feels sanitary and well taken care of. They disinfect the rooms between each patient and require everyone to wear a mask. Upon arrival they have patients wash their hands and take their temperatures. The bathroom was very clean with soap, hand sanitizer and lotion available. I even noticed there was plenty of sanitizer across the office for both patients and staff to use. The front desk staff is very nice. They all seem to be enjoying their work and having fun chatting with each other. They even wear fun masks. Dr. Brianna (Firminger) Eickmeyer, ND: I was recommended to Dr. Eickmeyer by my primary care provider, and my first appointment was over 1 hour long. I was blown away by the way she truly listens and remembers even the littlest details. She even remembered the chair that is most comfortable for me in her office and made sure it was ready at every appointment. How thoughtful! She is on top of patient information current and past, paying close enough attention to make connections about my health that I hadn't even noticed. During my first appointment Dr. Eickmeyer and I discussed my medical history, went through current medical concerns and discussed plans for how bowen could improve my quality of life. My current provider is also good - takes time to hear my problems and makes sure to explain things thoroughly with me. I'm very greatly that my current provider helped identify the root causes of something I've struggled with for years. The front desk staff are also friendly. Only thing is that often times I need to wait at least 10-15min past my scheduled appointment time before I can be seen.
