I had a very disappointing experience with Davıdyan Custom Footwear Inc. I was quoted $250 for a job with a 3-day completion timeframe. I agreed to the price without negotiation and trusted them to complete the work as promised. After seven days with no updates, I called and was told the job still hadn't been started and to "give it a few more days." Three days later, I received a text saying the work was done, but the price was suddenly increased to $300, even though we had a clear agreement for $250. When I arrived to pick up my truck, the owner was extremely rude and aggressive, insisting I pay the higher amount and even threatened to involve the police if I didn't. The quality of the work was also far below expectations and will now need to be redone elsewhere. Overall, this experience left me frustrated, out $300, and very dissatisfied. I do not recommend this business based on the dishonesty, poor communication, unexpected price changes, and unprofessional behavior. read more

I was searching for a shoe repair store that would be able to replace the velcro on my mom's shoes the same day. After calling another store and being told I would have to pick them up the following day, I called Davidyan Custom Footwear. Aurel answered my call and not only could they repair them the same day, he said I could wait while the work was done. The next day, I alerted Aurel that I was on my way, and again when I arrived. I was promptly greeted outside by Mr. Vasiliy Davidyan. After introducing me to Aurel, Vasiliy went to work on my mom's shoes. As he worked, he shared with me his family's history, especially about his own journey, learning his craft from his father and honing his skills through the years. I have never met a craftsman so passionate about his work and whose main goal is to make his customers happy! Vasiliy is extremely skillful and shared stories about some of the most medically challenging foot problems for which he designed and built the appropriately fitting and functioning shoes, vastly improving the quality of life for these persons. I have this leather jacket that I have had for years and I ripped both zippers. I really love this jacket and wanted to get it fixed. I checked some places and some of them said there is no guarantee on the fix and some places were charging way too much. After reading the reviews for this place I decided to stop by his shop which I believe is also his home. This was in a residential area in the NW Vancouver WA and I was able to find the address very easy. The place is neat and the owner including his family is super friendly and welcoming. I would trust my designer leather goods with him. The end results make it worth it. They did the job on-site, I was able to have the jacket back the same day. I walked out not only with my jacked but the owners wife gave me a big fresh bag of freshly picked strawberry from the farm. Thank you guys, strawberries were delicious.
