When I explained this to front desk they said there was nothing they could do because when Doc enters the room he starts the timer at the door. I was stuck with the bill and obviously none too happy. Thankfully, my insurance covered more than 50% of it. Just be aware of your time there and double check with the desk before you leave that they have the correct time recorded.
