I admit these were some big shoes to fill especially since I have my hair cut every 4 weeks, my hair is rather defiant, but I want it to always look nice. I was very impressed with the coziness of the New Beginnings salon, the ability to obtain an appointment that was timely and convenient, the warm feeling of friendship and esteem between the staff, the respect and concern they showed the customers, the quality of my haircut by Jessica and the very reasonable price. They even provide a discount for seniors, military and college students. Jessica took the time to listen to the concerns I have about my hair, the look I was trying to achieve and she genuinely wanted to make sure I left happy - which I certainly did! She used some new products, explaining their use but left it at that. I have finally found a new salon where I can walk in and know I will be comfortable with my stylist, leave delighted with my haircut as well as being content with the amount I spend.
