Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!! Also most screws are missing under hood that was not put back. Tacky work. God doesn't like ugly! AND For YELP TO NOT POST MY REVIEW FOR OTHERS TO BE SCAMMED IS VERY UN LAWFUL!

It was on a Saturday at 1:00 p.m. when most repair shops are closed. My wife looked online and found great reviews for Eugene's. She called him and we took the vehicle to his shop (only a few miles away). When we arrived, I told him where we were headed and he told me to take my family (5 kids and wife) back into town (an area called "South of the Border"), where there were shops that were air-conditioned and bring the vehicle back. I did and brought the vehicle back. He and his assistant, Orlando, found that it was a bad rear wheel bearing and brake pads. Unfortunately, the wheel bearing was seized on since the vehicle is a 2004 and the original part. It took power tools, hand tools, elbow grease, a torch, and finally a push/press device to remove the wheel bearing...after 3 hours of trying. I was impressed! I watched these guys work; never frustrated, just kept looking for a solution. What's more is they were supposed to be CLOSED. If you look at their hours online, they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. These guys worked on our vehicle all afternoon, with Eugene even going to the local parts store to grab the wheel bearing and pads. He did not overcharge (and certainly could have) for the work and not being opened...or he could have simply said that he was not open that day. Eugene is what I call a good ol' boy. He is truly a good man who enjoys helping people, and he told me that he has helped many people from all over the U.S. If you are in the area of Rowland and in need of emergency car service, give Eugene's a call. I asked about it and it wasn't the same seal that was took off (then why still install it and not tell me at that tiime?) I accepted responsibility for that and ordered the correct seal that was given to me by William. I was quoted $80-$100 for them to replace the seal with the correct one. Seal was ordered, the two came out replaced the incorrect one charged me $100 and it still leaked and had noticeable damage from banging. I communicated that to them, I got no response back for a week, so I requested $50 back since the problem wasn't fixed, still no answer. To make a long story short I took my vehicle to the dealership, I had to replace the seal again and the leak is no more and fixed. still haven't heard or received my $50 I requested from them.

BTS saves the day!…read more My family and I were on a day trip to the Zoo and headed on I-95 south. Around Dillon SC, we unfortunately experienced transmission problems. Knowing that the Black's Tire and Auto Service (BTS) in Dillon was only 2 miles away, I called and spoke to Amelia Avant. When I told her my issue, she told me to bring it in. Upon arrival, Mike Marinzulich met me outside and immediately took my vehicle in for diagnosis. Keep in my I had my wife, and my 5 and 2 year old daughters with me...and the team at BTS was so accommodating and friendly. Within 20 minutes I was able to personally speak to the mechanic who gave me a thorough description of issues. Didn't stop there! While I thought our day trip was done, Amelia and Mike secured a loaner vehicle for my family to continue our day trip while they handled my vehicle. This was certainly going above and beyond, and in my wildest dreams didnt expect them to do this. In a time of waivering customer service, the BTS team shows the way with taking care of customers and treating them like family. They are experts in automotive and tire needs, and are true professionals in taking care of their customers! Thank you BTS for everything you do and for taking care of my family!
