Daryl was very helpful and told me to send my son in this morning. He immediately went to the shop and Daryl was able to fix the problem within an hour from when I first called the shop. Plus he helped at an affordable rate. He had other vehicles scheduled for service ahead of him but he took 5 minutes to look at my sons car to see if it was an easy fix, of which we were lucky it was. My son is a college student with limited funds and probably would have tried to pry it open damaging the latch and therefore making it an expensive fix. But when I called Daryl he was very helpful and understood the situation and told me to send him in. I would recommend Benedict Auto Body and when you call talk to Daryl, he'll take care of you!

It's still on a temporary tag. To make matters worse, she paid for an extended warranty, only to find out today that it was never even added to her vehicle. She had the car towed back to the dealership, and now they are avoiding her calls. This is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice before buying from them. better business bureau is next.

Very Disappointing Experience - $2,000 A/C Repair After Purchasing Vehicle…read more I recently purchased a used 2021 Toyota Sienna online from Michigan Motors. After receiving the vehicle, I discovered that the air-conditioning system was not working. The fan was blowing air, but it was not producing cold air. I immediately tried to contact Michael at the dealership several times to report the problem. I left messages but did not receive a response. When I finally reached him, he told me he would speak with his manager and call me back. He never called me back. Because I needed the vehicle, I took it to a mechanic. I was informed that the A/C system had a leak and required a significant repair. Today, the vehicle was repaired, and I paid $2,000 out of my own pocket to fix the A/C system. Throughout this situation, I continued trying to contact the dealership. I was later told Michael was on vacation, so I asked to speak with his manager, John. I left a voicemail for John and initially received no response. When I finally spoke with him the following day, he told me he would investigate the situation and call me back in approximately one hour. I waited all day, and nobody called me back. What disappoints me most is not only the $2,000 repair bill shortly after receiving the vehicle, but also the lack of communication and follow-through from the dealership. I repeatedly called trying to resolve the situation professionally, and multiple promised callbacks never happened. I purchased this vehicle in good faith and expected the dealership to take my concerns seriously, especially because the A/C problem was discovered immediately after I received the vehicle. Not only did he tell me what he thought was wrong with the car , but he said it in a way I could understand it, and quoted me a great price! I am an educated, professional woman, but I know nothing about cars and I am sick of auto repair places that tell you something that you can't understand and get condescending when you ask them to explain (" it's OK little lady I'll take care of it")....and dealers are cost prohibitive. When I told Rod I appreciated the fact that he explained everything in plain English that I could understand, he informed me that his wife Maria (the other half of RMB) was responsible for that. Maria made him call back a client and explain after she overheard him on the phone with the woman. Thank you Maria. So to get to the point of this review....I like this couple, the repairs are a reasonable price and very good. I walked out of the shop and felt as though I had been treated fairly.....and not taken for a ride. So I drove it down the road and found it drives worse than ever, swaying like crazy and jolting my wheel with every bump, I immediately brought it back upset, and said "it drives 5 times worse than before" NOT BLAMING ANYONE JUST STATING THE FACT and the rude old lady of a manager decided I was insulting her and her business for bringing it back and telling her it doesn't drive right WHICH SHE TOLD ME TO DO, and she had the audacity to get aggressive with me, standing up getting out of her chair pointing her finger at me. I tell her not to get aggressive with me and she has the audacity to say I'm being aggressive as she now gets in my face yelling at me finger in my face. All I wanted was to bring it back and have it figured out what was wrong now. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible business. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, being cussed at and chewed out and even when that happened I've never treated a customer that way.
