The workmanship, body, paint and mechanical was so subpar it couldn't win a prize at a neighborhood block party. It is now at a quality shop being restored from scratch. No explanation was given for the subpar work except "it was difficult for us". They refused to offer any type of settlement and will not take my calls. A lawsuit has been started. I also have a GTO which they did the mechanicals and is still leaking after four years. I take it back to them every spring, they say they've fixed it, by fall it's leaking again.

My husband is a Disabled Veteran and we have been battling an as yet undiagnosed illness that has left us in bad shape. Facing a 6 month hospitalization we reached out to the Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund of MI for badly needed truck repairs. The shop treated us wonderfully, handling communication with FWSF and thoroughly inspecting the truck. It was a much bigger job than we had expected, but the guys tackled it with professionalism and a high standard for service. They never once made us feel bad that we needed help, or that the truck had gotten so neglected. The service we received was above and beyond any experience I've had with a mechanic. We were even told to bring it back in 500 miles so they could change the oil and double check any work that may be adjusting. Being that I am facing being separated while my husband is in the hospital and dealing with the truck on my own, this made both of us feel so much better. Our truck drives beautifully now and I have safe transportation to be able to visit my husband during a scary time. From start to finish with our experience in the shop we knew that we had found a gem. When we left, we were saying the same thing as the previous customer. We won't be going anywhere else. The obvious high bar for customer care and attention to detail from this shop can't be beat.

Found on yelp. 1st thing they did was a complete car inspection charging me $100. They then decided it was my oil sensor, but it wasn't, that was $200. They flushed the break system on my approval for $100 but only took the fluid from reservoir and replaced. When this place says flush, its just a reservoir fluid replacement; beware. The manager quoted $1999, I agreed but after he started said he needed another $225 for gaskets, he took $100 off. Overall, the Oil Pump work finally completed was done well thus far, but getting there was expensive and deceptive.

They installed it and said it now pulls left and right when you accelerate which never happened before. I immediately could tell the alignment is clearly off as you can see in the photo (steering wheel is straight) they told me they did align it and get get the sheet. they also said something else might be wrong and to bring it back if I want them to figure it out. So I drove it down the road and found it drives worse than ever, swaying like crazy and jolting my wheel with every bump, I immediately brought it back upset, and said "it drives 5 times worse than before" NOT BLAMING ANYONE JUST STATING THE FACT and the rude old lady of a manager decided I was insulting her and her business for bringing it back and telling her it doesn't drive right WHICH SHE TOLD ME TO DO, and she had the audacity to get aggressive with me, standing up getting out of her chair pointing her finger at me. I tell her not to get aggressive with me and she has the audacity to say I'm being aggressive as she now gets in my face yelling at me finger in my face. All I wanted was to bring it back and have it figured out what was wrong now. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible business. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, being cussed at and chewed out and even when that happened I've never treated a customer that way. I wasn't being rude to you until you decided to treat me like that. Awful and you should be ashamed.

I brought my vehicle in for some front end suspension work and they found some additional issues that they put on as a "Watch" item that didn't necessarily need to be done right away but that I should keep an eye on. I am glad they didn't try to push those items saying they were needed right now but the actually let me know to keep an eye on them. I did end up just getting everything repaired as I knew some of them were going to be needing to be done soon anyway. Staff was friendly and I really liked the photos that are included in your estimates showing work progress and areas of concern.

The guys at Jerry's told me that the leak was coming from the cooler line and was told I needed to pay almost $800 for a new cooler line. I paid the $800 dollars and had to take my car back to them because it was STILL leaking. So they were wrong. I told them the leak was still happening and instead of fixing it they put some liquid that can only be seen with a blue light held to it wherever it was leaking from and told me for the second time that they fixed it. Again.... They were wrong. I would not recommend this shop, they will scam you and lie to you. Please for the sake of your wallet take your car elsewhere.
