I, too, asked around about where to take my car in order for someone to diagnose the harsh, grinding noise my wheels/tires were making. Every place I phoned wanted to charge me $100+ just for diagnosis. And then a good friend directed me to Frankie D's. BEST DECISION EVER! Not only is the customer service fantastic (which is huge for me, as I am in the industry), but their pricing is honest and cannot be beat. I was called and told what the issue with my vehicle was and what the cost was going to be and ...would I like for them to continue and repair/replace? I mean, this is stuff from my parents' age where the Mechanic calls and tells you what's wrong and what it's going to cost and then asks "would you like for us to go ahead and fix it?" before anything is done to your vehicle. Also, you need to check out their website because they have coupons for paying in cash! That, in and of itself, is huge! And I truly appreciate it! I *highly* recommend Frankie D's for any type of repair your vehicle needs!!!!! They have replaced/repaired my front rotors/pad and today [3/1/2019] they are doing my rear rotors/pads. I know that, in the future, this is exactly where I will be going when my vehicle needs any repair/s. I appreciate their friendliness, honesty and quality work!!!!!!!!! Also, I will have my oil changes done here because I am "over" the high prices of dealership oil changes. Thank YOU, Frankie D's! You have "won" me over!

It was a Sunday morning. Brought vehicle to Town and Country and left keys in drop box for Monday. We live in the greater Detroit area. Curtis got the vehicle in and diagnosed the issue. Curtis said that the vehicle went into limp mode due to low oil pressure and an oils sample showed metal bits. He said he was not sure that replacing the failed part would fix the car due to the issue possibly caused by the low oil pressure. I decided to not repair the vehicle and scrap it instead. Curtis allowed me to keep it at the shop for about 5 days no issue until I could get my ducks in a row with a scrap yard and a replacement vehicle for my son. He was very understanding of the issue and accommodating. He even gave us a discount on the diagnostic fee he performed on the vehicle! I don't live in the area, but if I did, I would bring my vehicle service/repair needs to Town and Country and Curtis!

They installed it and said it now pulls left and right when you accelerate which never happened before. I immediately could tell the alignment is clearly off as you can see in the photo (steering wheel is straight) they told me they did align it and get get the sheet. they also said something else might be wrong and to bring it back if I want them to figure it out. So I drove it down the road and found it drives worse than ever, swaying like crazy and jolting my wheel with every bump, I immediately brought it back upset, and said "it drives 5 times worse than before" NOT BLAMING ANYONE JUST STATING THE FACT and the rude old lady of a manager decided I was insulting her and her business for bringing it back and telling her it doesn't drive right WHICH SHE TOLD ME TO DO, and she had the audacity to get aggressive with me, standing up getting out of her chair pointing her finger at me. I tell her not to get aggressive with me and she has the audacity to say I'm being aggressive as she now gets in my face yelling at me finger in my face. All I wanted was to bring it back and have it figured out what was wrong now. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible business.
