In the meantime, I arranged the terms of the divorce to be favorable to all parties but was told by Mr. Sufrin that he doesn't get out of bed for less than his hourly rate and would be charged for his representation a second time. Hardly, his making it right. I will add that I pointed out several of Mr. Sufrin's errors while he was preparing documents. He joked that it was the software and the use of electronic filing. All in all, it cost me nearly one year of my life as well as an additional amount of money for his neglect/mistakes.
