They explained they might not be able to get everything done which was fine. At the end of the time, they texted me and said they might need another hour (charging 2 hours because of 2 cleaners) to finish up the house, which again was fine. Then they texted and stated they finished the ENTIRE house and didn't need extra time. So I thought it was good. I go and check the house and open the laundry room door and it wasn't even done. I texted them to let them know and they try to blame me that I didn't put it in the estimate and then how dirty it was and they told me they needed extra time. Again making excuses and blaming me. They kept contradicting themselves and not being truthful. The fact is they did NOT clean the whole house so it is on them. I'm sure they will reply to this with all these reasons, excuses and lies. I have all the text messages. They missed a room plain and simple. A room that probably would have taken around 30 min to clean maybe less. They offered to take $20 off which seriously? I had already paid the rest of the bill because if I didn't, they threatened legal action. I would just be aware before you choose this company
