The tubing sent with the unit was the incorrect size. The tech arrived within the appointment window and took inventory of the pieces and parts. The correct size tube would need to be picked up. The tech arranged a time for the next day to bring the tubing, complete the connections, charge the unit, and start up. The tech arrived early with all the supplies and completed the installation. The tech was to order a new pump and install it as part of the agreement. They came to replace the pump and it did not fit the space. LOL... I am so tired of companies trying to convince homeowners of things that are just not true. I was told the pump was part of the deal.
