I would give this service center a 0-star rating if I could. I visited the service department on December 12, 2025, and my experience was deeply disappointing. I'm writing this review to caution anyone considering doing business here, particularly if you value honest pricing and transparent customer service. The dealership's website clearly advertised the service I needed at $1,022.70. Trusting this information, I made an appointment and arrived for my scheduled check-in. However, I was shocked to discover that the actual price quoted to me at the dealership was roughly $2,700--almost triple the original advertised cost! When I questioned this dramatic price increase, service reps Matt and Sean offered little explanation and did not honor the online price. Sean stated the service department would ask the website's developer to identify the cause of the apparent misinformation, but they refused to do anything else to remedy the fact that I was misled by their advertisement. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to stand by their advertised rates felt deceptive and untrustworthy. It's frustrating to spend time planning and budgeting for a service, only to be blindsided by unexpected charges. Given my interactions, I attribute the failings to the manager responsible for overseeing the service department. I haven't had an opportunity to directly discuss this situation with the department's manager after requesting it be elevated to that individual, but Sean indicated to me that the manager is aware. On a more positive note, my interactions with the dealership staff, including service reps Matt and Sean, were all professional. The dealership's waiting area is well maintained and comfortable, and the dealership coordinates for rideshare services to provide transportation to customers who don't have transportation, but who don't intend to wait for their vehicle. Based on my overall experience, I strongly discourage anyone from trusting this dealership's service department. If you are considering bringing your vehicle here, be prepared for the possibility of misleading advertising that understates service costs. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere--there are plenty of reputable shops that value honesty and treat their customers fairly. After sitting there for 30 minutes they tell me the vehicle is not there and it will be there in 2 weeks. First they told me that it is available and that inbound means availalbe. These scam artist sold a car that would absolutely not pass inspection, have not been inspected for over a year and has an issue that their claiming I have to pay for but it's clearly an issue that was bought and not discovered. I'm so ANNOYED! Had this car less than 60 days and already costing money. It's a 18 so it's not that old for this many issues. Not to mention, the first car I bought 24 hours before this one (yes at the same lot) almost immediately after driving off the lot had a check engine light on, which I later found out it's for a Cadillac converter (auto zone read it) and when I bought it back for refund, they denied me. Their first response was, it's an old car (2010) so it's going to have issues. I understand what comes along with it, however! 24 hours after purchase is crazy to me! Then to say they don't do emission testing is even CRAZIER ! I have children and will not risk driving a vehicle that could malfunction on us in mid-drive. So to save myself the stress and irritation I regretfully optd for another salesman and another car in the lot. It appeared to be better, but after getting my tags and registration extremely late, I find out the same day of getting my tags that this car has an inspection issue for my state of residence. We had a deal on a new 2025 Ridgeline on the table. They even printed out a buyer's order for me to go to my credit union to take out a loan. The next day my credit union even printed out a check to give them. They even gave me paperwork so I can get insurance for it. They even hung a sold sign on the vehicle to let people know it was sold. Then the evening before the day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, they said they made a mistake. The deal they made with me was for a different lower trim model Ridgeline and that they made a deal for a different vin#. They wanted another $3000 if I still wanted the vehicle. Ofcourse I would not give that to them after our deal was already made. And the salesman (Rich) went from a nice guy to someone with a bad attitude in a heartbeat. On a trip to NYC from Maryland, the warning lights on our Honda Pilot lit up like a christmas tree. Luckily, we were less then 4 miles from Davis Honda and we made it there. We arrived at 3 PM on a Saturday and they closed at 4. Jessica Tkacs--Assistant Service Manager--listened to our issues and promised to have someone diagnose the issue before 4. We were very anxious since we needed to be in NYC by 7. Jessica was awesome, kept us updated and by 4 PM we had a new spark plug and we were on our way...amazing. Gave me an instant cash offer for my car on cars.com for $56,500 . Before driving over an hour away to bring my car in I spoke with Curt Baker on the phone. I called to make sure that as long as everything was fine with the car and they were interested in buying, would the original cash offer of $56,500 be honored. I did not want to stop what I was doing to drive 2 hours roundtrip for no reason as I knew my car is perfectly fine and I just wanted to get it sold. He assured me that as long as everything checked out then that cash offer would be honored. I drove my car in on Friday and when they finally looked at the car, Curt came back into the dealership and told me the car looks clean + we were good to go. I shook his hand and told them it was nice doing business with them. I told him that I would be back on Monday with someone so I would have a ride back home and he said that is fine. It is Monday at 9:53 AM and I just received a text from Curt saying that his manager doesn't want to buy the car. Yet, he still proceeded to offer me a lower number. First of all, if you DONT want to buy the car, why are you going back on the original price to offer me anything at all? Second, if you and your team's appraisal of the car does not mean anything, why didn't you have me bring the car when your general manager was in then? I notified you I was coming from a far distance and did not want to come for no reason. I communicated with Jessica at 9:50am this morning confirming that I was on my way with cash in hand. I was at the dealership at 12pm. Upon arrival, was told to ask for Elvin who had my name written on a large green tag with my information and also that I was arriving today. I found this dealer with the lowest price in the area for any of the Honda cars we were interested in thanks to Consumer Reports, True Car etc . Jeff, the manager was willing to talk by phone before we made the trek (1 hr away) with an agreed upon price that was the lowest possible I believe. Jeff allowed me to make my offer on my new 2013 Honda CRV LX. He accepted. We drove out to pickup only for some paperwork to have not gotten done and they had mistakenly already transferred my car to another dealer. After apologizing for this error they allowed me to put a greater amount of the deposit on my credit card for the inconvenience. After 3 days they had located my car and we came back and smoothly finished the transaction. Since it went so well with my car, when it was time for N to buy his new 2013 Honda Civic LX we knew who to call. Jeff again gave us the best deal on the market. (Background: we had visited probably at least 4 different dealers in area to test drive these 2 cars & the Accord on different roads - from Drexel Hill Honda to Piazza Honda on Essington etc) Davis Honda gave him the trade-in value on his car that he needed to justify the purchase and found him his exact color. We now have adorable matching Kona Coffee (picture espresso colored with beautiful gold flecks in it) cars thanks to Davis! They also have just re-opened and have a new large impressive showroom. Their waiting facility is very nice and has lots of complimentary snacks so when you want a treat while waiting for your car you can! They brought me a price list. I told them that these prices were too high. When I tell them how much Down Payment and monthly payment I can make. The finance manager came to me and told me to do myself a favor and not waste my time. He said, "No one will give you this car for this price." I told him that the price was reasonable and I could buy this vehicle elsewhere for this price. After leaving there, I went to Burns Honda. Within half an hour, I bought the vehicle for $15 more than, what I wanted to spend monthly. I saved at least $69 every month. I always say, if you want to buy a vehicle, do your research first. Bought a used car from here. They had a lot of stock which was nice. The process really took a long time, a lot of customers were talking about it too. However, there was a chip in the windshield that my husband requested it to be fixed since it would fail PA inspection. The manager signed a IOU saying they would cover anything that didn't pass PA inspection. Well the windshield failed inspection, my husband contacted everyone he could and no one responded and the issue still isn't addressed. Horrible experience. They don't inspect their used vehicles before selling. Took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Sold an SUV to me with bad struts and a broken air ride compressor. They were willing to fix struts but said no to the compressor due to it not being a safety issue. DVD player and rear view camera don't work even though they were both advertised. Also found a leak under passenger carpet, soaking wet. They said they cleared the A/C lines but it didn't fix the problem. While fixing that they cracked the dashboard in 2 spots and only when I said something about it they sent a check to purchase a new one myself. A month later I got a flat tire and found out the car is missing pieces to the jack. Disgusting how they did this to me as a previous new car buyer from them. read more

Yikes. Steer away from Davis Honda. They hide behind their big name, but I'm surprised they are still in business. I'm extremely disappointed in my transaction. I recently relocated from Texas to Bucks County. My old vehicle was completely totaled in an accident that was not my fault, and I began the daunting task of quickly trying to buy a new (to me) vehicle that would be reliable in my 1 hour long commute to work each day. I searched and test drove many vehicles for weeks, but finally settled on a low mileage 2002 Civic from Davis Honda because I felt comfortable purchasing with their SUPPOSEDLY reputable name, as opposed to old joe's used lot down the street that could be closed down a week after purchase. I'm a young female, and this was my first solo venture into car buying. Being new in the area with no real connections or family to take a look at the vehicle, I was forced to go by what the sales reps were telling me - "it's a good car. we'll get it up to snuff. we'll make it safe. we're not gonna sell you a lemon." BLAH BLAH BLAH. But all they did was throw some paint on and it fix the air conditioner. the sticker price was $3900 but after all the "fees" I was presented with a price tag of $5800. LOL ALMOST DOUBLE. However --- I trusted these guys! I negotiated the price a little but definitely felt some pressure on their end to make the sale. Stupid me. Even though the final price was about $1000 more than I wanted to spend, being completely broke after my move, I made the choice to go for it. Long story short, I go for my inspection shortly after purchase, and $1500 worth of work later, my car is in safe shape. Naturally, after exceeding my budget on the purchase, an extra $1500 investment was not something I was anticipating. Upon voicing the concern of selling me an unsafe vehicle, I was presented with a "Well, why didn't you have your mechanic look at it first? We always encourage our buyers to do that." FIRST - I was never encouraged to do so, I was told my car would be made into safe, working order, so why should I HAVE to consult an outside mechanic? My mistake maybe. Made an appt to see a car I confirmed they had in stock 3 days in advance. Was told after driving 40 min day of appt they sold the car. I get this sales tactic, they were selling me a car regardless of what it was what I wanted to see, and they did. 6 wks later my paint on my bumper is bubbling in a 6inch line. Bummer, but this is a new car with a warranty, should be an easy fix! Not here. Made an appt where they took pictures and said they would call me to set up repairs the following day at the latest. A week passes. I call them and am sent to a voicemail. I leave a message and wait a week for a response. Nothing. I call again. Same thing. I try again this time asking to speak to a manager. Get put through to a voicemail with once again no return call. Now I am dealing with Honda at the corporate level to get my paint defect fixed since Davis decided (without ever even telling me why) they will not honor my warranty on my 2mth old car. I feel the need to add that I am very reasonable and understand that defects happen and was very polite in all my interactions with the employees so just being blatantly ignored is extra unreasonable, at least give an excuse as to why they think it's unreasonable for me to expect my paint job to last 2 months on a brand new car. read more

My husband and I went to look at a vehicle and ended up buying it on the spot! Our salesman Asante was polite, personable and professional. He was very easy to talk to and made us feel welcome and comfortable. He even offered refreshments and snacks to us, which I thought was very nice. Asante answered all of our questions and knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle we were looking to buy. The dealership itself is a bright, clean space and the atmosphere was light and friendly. Even the restrooms were spotless! The manager Mark was very capable and well respected by his coworkers. But I have to say the shining star of the dealership was the finance lady, Bernadette. Knowledgeable and very down to earth, she answered questions, solved some issues that we brought to her attention and made our experience truly outstanding! I would give them no stars, if I could. Failed to diagnose my failing suspension both times I brought it to them for an awful sound coming from my undercarriage. Failed to diagnose an oil-consumption issue and/or failed to put oil in my car each oil change (still don't know which it was). Needless to say, my engine blew last year - over $4k in repairs. I take up their inaction to my vehicle with them - they deny liability and told me it was basically my fault (really?). I had to go directly to American Honda to recoup monies I spent repairing my blown engine, battery failure and suspension. Whether it's inexperienced "certified" technicians or just negligence, do not take your car here for service. Pay the extra for an independent mechanic - not a dealership mechanic. This is a disreputable arrogant group of bullies. Don't buy cars from people that lie to you and make promises they can't keep. Davis Honda kidnapped my vehicle and refused to come pick me up after selling me a Honda Pilot with keys that didn't function properly and refusing to cut me a new key. I brought them my own key which they incorrectly cut shutting off my vehicle by setting off the immobilization car theft mode. Then they refused to do anything about it for several days until I convinced them to send a tow truck to pick up a vehicle that I only had for a week. After that they refused to send someone to pick me up and kidnapped my car indefinitely. They removed the work order from the service desk so no one was able to tell me where it was and I was consistently told it was not done by service but at the same time I s informed by their sales team that it had been done for days. I went there for service oil change and tire rotation with rear differential fluid. I was suppose to pay 180.00 before military discount and they were suppose to apply a 10% discount . Somehow the bill went to 210.00 and I had to request my military discount. It went to 192.00. Not once prior to performing services they address to me they charge 17.99 for supplies. So what's the point in parts and labor? They pretty much charged 17.99 to replace my 17.99 military discount I should of really paid 170.00 for the services. The discount for 99.99 rear differential fluid was 10.00 less so 90.00 I should of paid again 170.00 for services I'm extremely pissed!!! read more

Extremely poor after sale customer service. I would HIGHLY not recommend this dealership. Purchased a vehicle in January (2018 with 26k miles) - spent over 30K. Was advised I had the balance of 3 yr/36k miles. They began to send reminders to add extended service once existing expired. My shifter broke a month later. I was advised it was not under warranty. The service manager advised sorry nothing we can do. I asked for the owner's email several times and they will not even bother to respond. Had to pay over $700 to get the vehicle back as I needed it. Totally disgusted. Had to get a lawyer involved. I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years and I am truly amazed they can treat customers this way and still keep their doors open. I very recently bought a 2004 Honda Element here after a terrible experience at Burns. The Element has 108,000 miles on it and looks brand new. The internet price was $6,413. We met with George, who was fantastic, and test drove the car. We loved it, but as many mentioned, the additional fees are beyond any "tax and tags" fees I've ever seen. We were quoted about $8,500, which was not doable, but was still less than the $8,913 sticker price. I wanted to get it down to $7,500, but they wouldn't go lower than $8,000. I moved some money around and was able to buy the car, but I can see why customers would complain about the preparation fee. It was very unexpected, and I was hoping to have a few bucks left over from the sale of my previous vehicle as opposed to paying more than I sold it for. On the 40 minute drive home, my husband, who was following me, noticed the passenger's side tail light was out. Davis fixed that for us at no charge a couple weeks later when I went to pick up my tags, and threw in a car wash. So far, I'm very happy with the vehicle, and I do appreciate how helpful George was and how prepared he was for our visit, unlike the other dealerships we visited in the weeks leading up to this purchase. read more
