The dentist/doctor that does Dentures is really the best. She takes denture work to the highest quality and it is a really hard specialty I am aware. I just got my lower full dentures today and she spent some 1.25 hours on me. and, by the way, the Comfort Dog, "Bisquit" is a joy though she is in training. Greatest fun is to throw her toy. It's been a long road, but I feel we will get there. Of course with first fitting of the REAL lower dentures is tough. Really tough. What patience she has. And consultation is the best to avoid a horrific "loose" or "floating" denture. Good communication. I have an extreme work schedule with demanding military customers, and this office staff and this dentist honors that. They get me in and get me out. I spent FOUR months trying to get treatment done here. I have a front tooth break, that needs root canal. In December when I visited, they confirmed I had insurance but required me to obtain a print out of my benefits. I provided it same day only to wait two months for a denial. When I asked why it was denied they couldn't provide a reason. Then the tooth became infected and my face swelled up. I had to go to the emergency room and was prescribed antibiotics. Last week I got a text from Rose Dental saying the root canal was finally approved. I took a Friday off, the only day Dr. Hoss is available. My blood pressure was too high. The technicians didn't have my arm supported or elevated. They gave me a number to get my blood pressure down to and instructed me to see my primary. I did that and the first reading was under the number they gave me because they elevated and supported my arm. I was prescribed blood pressure medication and informed Rose Dental I had a print out with my blood pressure under the limit they told me. When I spoke to Marie and told her that I completed all this she checked with the doctor and instructed me to come back at 1pm. I did and then they told me the doctor didn't have time to see me. Dr Hoss doesn't have anymore time today because the last patient confirmed. I'm in pain and I finally thought I was going to get treatment but they ran me around and then turned me away. They are saying it's because my blood pressure isn't stabilized but they are afraid I will have a heart attack. But you willing to put me through all this today. Dr. Hoss should come back Monday for all the negligence of the staff. read more

Don't go here! They don't care for your concerns or needs. I talked to the doctor for inly one minute when I stated that another doctor said that i might need a root canal but she didn't even bother to see the x ray deeply enough. The front staff is also very unphased with your concerns.The manager is very bland as well and if you miss an appointment she will be quick to call you and state to not make an appointment unless you really are going. I have severe dental trauma and anxiety with dentists, and Dr Ali is the only dentist I will EVER trust to even LOOK at my teeth. I've worked in the dental field for long enough to know when someone truly cares about his patients. I wish dr. A was allowed to perform all of the dental specialities because I really never want to see any other dentist for the rest of my life. I will be terrified for the sake of my teeth the day he retires. In all fairness there was miscommunication on the Lab's part, not the front desk yesterday. I have been going to Rose Dental Group since 2019. All the Staff and Dentist are simply awesome. Staff even goes as far as rendering a courtesy reminder phone call the day before your appointment. Dr. Phan is fantastic, gentle and is so friendly. I gave Rose Dental a chance and have loved it. The staff is always friendly, they are a little bit slower than other places but Dr. Ali is very patient and kind. The Staff was not welcoming when I arrived, mopping floor while I was in waiting room and sweeping. It smelled of mildew in the building. You could hear Zumba class going on next door. This is all at 8 AM appointment. The hygienist smelled of cigarettes on her hands also chewing gum while doing my teeth. I never write negative reviews but I feel the need to share my experience at Rose Dental. I'll try to keep it short. First visit took forever just to get X-rays done of my teeth. It seemed like there's a lot of students just learning and a few who are professionals. It was annoyed having to do the same picture over and over. It took close to an hour to get what was sufficient. I had two cavities; got them worked on a week later. One being my last moler. Waited for sensitivity to go away. Had to switch to the other side of my mouth to chew hard foods. This was done in November and still can't chew hard foods or drink cold water & it's now March. Cold drinks gives my molar a harsh uncomfortable pain. I can only drink room temp water now and have to be cautious when eating. It's pretty inconvenient and annoying. I will not be going back. Hope I saved someone their teeth and their time. read more

If you have an appointment plan on being here 4+ hours or more I've had to reschedule 2 appointments because of their poor scheduling always 1.5 hours behind or more, this last appointment was the final straw. I got a call the day before confirming my apt and asked the receptionist If I should come early to get my care credit taken care of she said yes , to come 30 mins early. So I did and waited 45 mins before the lady who does the billing showed up she was "late" which made my apt late talk about needing to cross train their employees. After that was done I was brought back out to waiting area to be called back fairly quickly to the room. After waiting in the room for over an hour ( all the employees laughing and talking so loud playing around in the office not professional at all ) the "root canal specialist" came in quickly did not say much except "open" to numb my mouth after he left the assistant said it would be another 30-45 mins ,this was not the doctor who said I needed a root canal in the first place, come to find out the dr who diagnosed me was not even going to be doing the procedure (none of this was explained to me) at this point I was so upset and had the dr who diagnosed me come into calm me down and eventually the "root canal specialist" joins us and interrupts the other dr to talk I asked him if it's normal for a root canal apt to take 5 hours and he said sometimes, (rolls eyes) and offered to refer me to another office where the waiting list is 3 months long and then replies "good luck with that " and walks out the room. I have a really good insurance pretty sure more dentist take it. Also get used to having to remind the doctor what your appointment is for because they "forget" and the dental assistants need "help" having to do your x-rays correctly I believe one apt I spent an hour with one tech she finally got help and the other tech did it in 5 mins I have got all my records will never return after being there for 4 hours. Iam happy to say I have found another office and have appointment scheduled this Saturday. I would never recommend this place to anyone even if you were toothless don't go here. read more

Ever since dr Ingram left the care has gone down hill. Dr Ali is always in a rush, always telling you how busy he is and how crazy the day has been then he tries to rush through appointments. He will say one thing for a treatment plan then 10 mins later say something totally different. I went yesterday. He ended up fixing nothing for me. I would not get numb in the area I needed to be numb which he said was due to infection.. ok that makes sense.. but why after only being home for 30 mins last night and being shot several times with Novocain nothing was numb anymore?? Not my lips, not my face, nothing.. it was all gone. Now either he does not know how to give Novocain shots or their Novocain was bad. I am in so much more pain now than I was in the first place. He wants me to just pull the teeth. How about having some compassion that having your FRONT teeth pulled and needing dentures is VERY traumatic. Yes I know I've put myself in this position, but let me do my research, see how I want to go about this. I'm also waiting to have weight loss surgery to which now he said he won't help me get out of pain until my weight loss surgeon says keeping the teeth is ok. So basically it went from yes I can and will help you get out of pain, to no I'm Gonna send you home in pain. He showed zero compassion for the fact that I was in tears and shaking because my anxiety was so bad. He said twice he would send me home with something for pain.. I got antibiotics.. that's it. Not to mention he is ALWAYS at least an hour if not more behind! I am Now in search of a new dentist. Rose dental has lost me since hiring dr Ali. Oh! Another thing. I took my bottom partial in to be adjusted because it was not fitting right. He messed with it for all of 2 mins said that's the best it was found to her. So that's also un useable now too. So yeah he didn't help me at all at my appointment yesterday. It was just a huge waste of time. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but in this case I feel I should. I had some cavities filled and afterwards I had a new pain that I didn't have before. I thought it was from just getting work done and my teeth being sensitive. fast forward months later I was still dealing with the pain so I went back. Not only did I have to wait over an hour past my appt time, when the dr came in she barely let me speak to explain what was going on. She talked over me and proceeded to "fix" the issue. I asked her, if this did not fix it, what else could it be? she was very short and didnt even give a possibility of this not fixing it. well it didn't fix it and I still have pain. I found another dentist for a second opinion and he has to redo both fillings because they weren't done correctly. To top it off, my insurance won't cover them to be filled again so I have to pay over 600 dollars for them to be fixed. I felt the dentist didn't care to listen or couldn't be bothered about my concerns and was very short and rude. the front desk girls and the assistants we're always nice. read more
