He shored up the floor area which had damage from a water heater that leaked long ago. He installed a pan to prevent possible water damage if a water heater would leak in the future. My kitchen sink had clogged up after I had put some of a shredded beef burrito down the disposal. Arron, the plumber done a good job but it took him a while to do it. No complaints there. My only complaint was the price after he was done. We've lived here for 9 years and have had to call a plumber 4 other times, different companies. Have never been charged a bill so high. $223.00 to clear a drain. The most I had ever been charged up to that point was $125.00 and had been charged as low as $80.00. This is a family owned business located in Mesa, AZ. I had a water heater leak (it was 10 years old) and called these guys regarding a replacement at 6:30AM. The phone was answered personally by Aaron Davis, son of the owner (they don't trust answer machines or answering services and want to give personal service 24/7). Aaron gave me a verbal quote which was about 40% lower than the Brazil folks which I had also quoted. Aaron then told me he would have Jenifer (his sister) call with a firm appointment time. Jenifer scheduled a 12 - 2pm arrival time, and Eric and Aaron showed up a few minutes after 12:00N. They proceeded to pull the old WH, replace all the valves and connections and install the new unit. Eric and Aaron were finished about 2:30PM. They took the old WH so that was not a concern. All in all, the service was great, the installation went without a hitch and I would highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs. (By the way, the first hot shower was great!). read more
