It was $550. 4) they knew the pad for the unit was not level, Josh the sales man, said we will level the unit. They didn't LEVEL THE PAD. now water runs back to our foundation and under our house. Said they had to fix a "sensor" but the AC was working perfectly until they started messing with it again for absolutely no reason without even telling us. 1 week later, without much communication they FINALLY came back out to fix the problem that they caused for absolutely no reason. Terrible company, terrible customer service and just down right SHITTY!

In the course of talking to 3 people, I was aggressively solicited to their annual plan SEVEN times. If I don't know you, and I don't know what your work is like, I'm not commiting to any annual plan. This was sometime last year when I tried their services and yes, they did as asked, but I would not call it budget friendly but maybe something short of harassment and some things I thought might be obvious, weren't. They could have great technicians but they are so focused on the hard sell, you're left just feeling exploited. Even with making my feelings known right to their faces (anyone who answered the phone, both techniciabs they sent) about how I will gladly make sure I complain to at least 3 people for each time I had to listen to a sales pitch, so 21?....I still have six voicemails since wanting to "earn my business"? I can legally call it harassment at this point right?

Dave even vacuumed up our stairs on the way out in case some sheetrock dust got on them. All that, and they were really reasonably priced, responded to my initial inquiry quickly, came out within a day, and Dave is even a certified master electrician (and the owner of the company).
