No luck. We decided to go to the brick and mortar location on Fort Street Mall. My sister dropped me off near Bethel Street and I walked over to the shop. I asked the friendly gal at the counter about the Food Truck. She said it's no longer. There are only two La Birria locations: this one on Fort Street Mall and the food truck at Pearlridge Center. I did look at the La Birria website and their Instagram page. I saw that there are just these two locations. This food truck in downtown is closed.

I've seen too many small shops get overwhelmed by stiff tourists who read these reviews and storm the place only to cheap out on the tip. Keep local business alive. There are limited drink options and no real seating. But this is how it should be. Just order your food and either eat it standing up in the lot or in your car like a real foodie. It's worth it.
