I ordered online and scheduled my pick-up for about a week away. It was all ready when I got there! I ordered a larger arrangement and then two smaller "mystery" arrangements, which they made sure matched the larger one! I appreciate that attention to detail, as I was going to use them all for the same event. They have a cute little gift store, too. Some childrens toys, bottles of wine, cards, kitchy hand towels, candles. It's an awesome one-stop-shop for gifts. Everyone loves receiving flowers! I did think the website could have been a little bit easier to navigate, but it wasn't too bad. They also offer delivery which I believe is free of charge! The staff was very friendly when I picked up, and even helped me out to my car.

Dorothy's organization, attention to detail, beautiful arrangements, great communication, and flawless follow-through made everything seamless. The dinner party was magical -- from the place cards and floral designs to the monogrammed cocktail napkins, party favors, and twinkling votive candles.
