I took the car to another shop the next morning, and they told me the issue was simply a worn ball joint. They fixed it within a few hours that same day for $465. The car is now driving perfectly. That's a significant difference in both scope and cost. The young guys checks it like 5 minutes and proceeds to tell me there's nothing wrong. I'm no expert at cars but I knew my heat wasn't getting warm. They come back saying that they didn't want to fix my seats because it would be expensive without actually telling me a price. Since they have great reviews I may try again.
