The staff is always kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the dogs they work with. I really appreciate how transparent they are about grooming. They set realistic expectations and explain when a haircut might need to be shorter because of mats or tangles--they're groomers, not magicians! I'd much rather have honest communication and know my dog is being cared for safely and comfortably. A special shoutout to Bree for always making Archie look absolutely fantastic! He comes home looking great every time. I highly recommend Brush, Bath, and Beyond to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring grooming salon.

Flora is a nervous kitty so I was worried how everything would go. Jenn assured me she would take great care Flora and she'd be handled with kindness. She said she'd be done in 2-3 hours and I'd be notified. In less than 3 hours I received a text that Flora was ready, including a report card and photo! When I arrived at the salon, the price was less than I've paid at other salons. Plus I'm happier with the attention to detail Flora received -- her "mane" reached farther down her neck (more lion-like), her "boots" were tapered at their tops at the joint. I'm very pleased with Flora's lion cut, the great price, and mostly with Jenn's kindness and care with Flora. I highly recommend Brush Bath and Beyond, and Jenn especially.

And to be fair, I understand that Coconut isn't an easy pup, given he is deaf and partially blind. He sees moving hands as threats and can easily be overwhelmed with unknown environments. So there is no animosity toward that groomer! But thank Buddha we found Thais at Highland Pets! She was so patient with Coconut and was committed to working with him even though his first couple of cuts were rough. Now I drop him off and pick him up with zero worries. I was notified when groomer was 20 minutes away. Groomer came to the door and familiarized himself with Maverick and allowed Maverick to get comfortable with him. When i picked Millie up, she had been stripped down to the skin. Her skin was BRIGHT RED like a burn. It turned out that Margie was not available and they turned my beauriful dog over to an unskilled employee---charged me for a professional master groomer but that is NOT what we got. We have now found out that the damage to her was so extensive that part of her fur will NEVER grow back.They have permanently ruined Millie's coat---which for the last 9 years has been beautiful and healthy. I reached out to tell them of the situation and---crickets!! Do not EVER take a beautiful dog there and expect anything but damage. I wish i didn't have to add a star to this review!!!

Better than PetSmart!…read more We were referred by our friend who has a 17-yr-old terrier mix. At first we were leery and wary of a "school" where "students" are just starting out and learning. We love our little 6-lb shih tzu Sofie and of course want what's best for her. After some not great experiences with PetSmart (nothing terrible, Sofie just didn't like them and they weren't as detailed with her cuts), we decided to try USPG. When they asked us how we wanted her full groom, they showed photos of different face shapes, different cuts, etc. I am a visual person and enjoyed seeing examples. I wanted to keep the black on her ears and the white/black on her tail. The receptionist made notes of everything! Sofie loved them and her first cut was a success! They gave her a full teddy bear face and kept her ears how I like them (black tips just lightly trimmed), and cleaned up her tail. Overall, it was a very positive experience! Would definitely take Sofie there again.

Took my dogs there and had a wonderful experience! They were groomed by Aurora and they looked…read morefabulous. Unfortunately Aurora moved to a different shop. When I took the dogs back, they needed just a bath. When I picked them up I was told they had a full groom, they certainly didn't look like a full groom but I went along with it. Two weeks later when I went back, I complained and owner, Cory said she would "fix" my poodle puppy. She fixed her alright, she lopped off half her tail, cut back her feet going up the front legs, cut off the fuller part of one of her front legs half way down, left shave marks and bald spots across her body...........you get the picture. THE WORST GROOMING JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN. Then she would not honor the price I had previously been given. The moral of this story is use this groomer at your own risk or if you don't care how your dogs look.
