I had an appointment to have steroid…read moreshots. i called them first...they have artificial intelligence answer the phone! you are not allowed to talk to a human!! it took me 20 minutes, I finally spoke with someone who confirmed my appointment, when I arrived there I was told to fill out forms I already did twice online! took 20 minutes of my time. they took me into the office and told me Sorry.....they couldn't do the procedure because the doctor was not there! I WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR. NOTHING. THEY WERE ALL LIKE. ROBOTS! HAD NO CARING OR EMPATHY , DIDNT CARE ABOUT WASTING MY TIME! I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE EVER GO TO SE ORTHOPEDIST! THEY ARE AWFUL!

Great experience with this office and a very competent Dr. Lampley. The medical practice could use…read morea different office location with a bigger lobby and better parking. There is a receptionist that could use some people skills, maybe she was stressed because of a tech glitch with her computer. The great care provided makes up for it. Obviously people that are coming to the doctor are already somewhat stressed out and the first person they see when they check in makes a difference. Keep up the good care and thank you.

I went there because I had a huge bruise on my foot that was not caused by an injury. When Dr. Johnson examined my foot and showed him pics of my foot from the pass couple of weeks. I asked if it was my Raynauds. he said "I'm almost 100% positive this is a stress fracture. I want you to wear a boot and it needs to be one that goes to your knee. Go to Amazon and purchase one there." I pulled it up on my phone and he told me which one to order. Then told me he was going to send me for X-rays. As I was getting ready to check out and he walks me up to the front he proceeds to talk to me about a vitamin that I need to be on. I heard him and the front girl tell me about it and how I would be contacted. Dr. Johnson said he would call me with the results from my X-rays if he wasn't right. I told the girl in the front I wanted to be called no matter what the X-rays say. She said she would be sure to tell him. I went over for X-rays and the imaging center told me they would be over to the doctor by the end of the day. Meantime I ordered the boot thinking I could trust this doctor. Received it the next day. With my work it's very hard for me to stand all day in this boot and I have osteoarthritis in that same knee and Dr. Johnson told me I could not wear the brace for my knee that I had to wear the boot for a month. I told him that I really needed to wear the brace because if I didn't my back would go out to. He said u can't wear the brace only the boot. Moving forward did not get a call on that Friday that I saw him. Called Monday and the receptionist told me he was on vacation and would be back next week. I asked if there was any way to get my results from my X-rays since I was told he would contact me. She said she would have someone call me. NO CALL. I always get a copy of my X-rays. I went to get the cd and my report. The report said NO STRESS FRACTURE found. Just soft tissue inflammation. I was very upset that the doctor never called me. Thank god I did not wear the boot with my knee and back problems. I would not recommend him.

Bad job and she had to do it and get it as best as she can. Waste my co-pay of $40 wonder how much they bill my insurance? We will call and find out.
