It's is a bit rare that I order beef these days with prices being exorbitantly higher than what they used to be. However that being said the steaks that I've had were cooked exactly as I had requested and I was not disappointed! The onion blossom with the dipping sauce was crisp and tasty! The perfect appetizer! I have no complaints about the service either! The waitstaff that I've encountered here were polite...respectful...and accommodating! Whatever we wanted they were right on top of things to fulfill our every wish! Smiles from those that waited on us were abundant and certainly added to the enjoyment of our meals. No rudeness or disrespect here! I love the ambiance of this establishment with its low and non-glaring lighting which of course sets it vastly apart from the other establishments to which I've been. The feelings of excitement and expectation were in the air along with an acceptable level of background noise which allow for unfettered conversation amongst us.
