She made me comfortable and proceeded to take Xray of my mouth. I told her about food getting stuck on the left side of my mouth between my molar and wisdom tooth. She noticed it in the Xray and took a picture of it to show DDS Lexi. Then she proceeded with my teeth cleaning with sonic scaler, polishing and fluoride treatment. She was able to remove my tarter without causing any pain or discomfort! Consulted with DDS Lexi and we agreed to a filling in two weeks to fix the issue. Treatment was good as usual. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I do not have great teeth due to the multiple medications given to me (my generation) during those formative years of early childhood, and the lack of understanding of good dental care back in the 1960s and 70s. Dr. Wohlford has done a great job keeping my tooth structure intact and for the most part, has kept my teeth as healthy as possible. He never overcharges and is very cognizant and TRANSPARENT about your insurance (or not) situation. He has never ever told me one thing and then surprised me with another, higher bill - ever. I was upset that I had the root canal and before I left, I was asked for a $250 co-pay. They were lucky I had it. The lady told me when I called to question it that if I had read the paperwork I signed, I would have seen there was a copay. The "paperwork" was on a tablet and the wifi shut down three time while I was filling it out and had to start from scratch so again, I guess I can say my fault but a simple heads up would have been appreciated. Then I started getting bills for the remainder of the payment which again I had no idea about. The tooth really wasn't that important. I made a payment arrangement and the payments are automatically taken out of my bank monthly. I am still getting demanding statements saying payment due now or face collections and must pay within 30 days to avoid further action. I'm on a payment arrangement!!! What more do you want?? It's just bad customer service. The harassment isnt necessary.

He's smart, competent, and responsive to questions and concerns. Dr. Dave explained the need for orthodontia when my daughter was younger, and is monitoring growth of wisdom teeth to let us know the right time for removal. My kids like him, and I think most children would feel the same. The entire staff does a great job: from scheduling to regular prophylaxis to billing and payment, we've never had a problem.

I recently went for a cleaning and a checkup while I was home for a few days. the elder Hyten has passed on his practice to his son, but the care and general feel of the place is still fantastic. The staff is very nice and you just get that feeling that they really care about you. the actual office is nice as well, with flat screens mounted on the wall so that you can focus on something other than this 15038 RPM polishing machine shoved down your throat.
