Hands down best experience ever! Anthony was SO accommodating to us from the beginning. We ended up stuck in traffic heading to Cave Rock to meet him that morning and once we called to give him a heads up he was more than understanding about it. Told us to take our time and to not worry about it. That made us feel so much better. He even talked to the guys at the entrance so that they would let us in to park behind his vehicle so we didn't have to park far and walk in. Once we got there Anthony was so thorough and patient with us ensuring our first time on the water went well. Since it was my best friends birthday he hooked us up with a wireless speaker for some tunes on the water. He made sure we were more than comfortable before we went. It was so great! Our time on the water with the Hobie was by far one of the best experiences we had while in Tahoe. So much fun! We were able to spend some time on the water and hop in the lake and swim around for a bit. So much fun!! Definitely would recommend the Hobie Island Kayak rental over the regular kayak. The wind picked up a little so we actually got to let it sail us around a little bit. We decided the half day (4hrs) was long enough since we were pretty exhausted by the time we started to head back. More than enough time for us. There was a thunderstorm that was headed to the lake and he made sure to call and text to let us know and gave us some directions on how to best avoid it. Luckily it passed with little to no effect to our time on the water. Day Go Adventures does business very well and Anthony is the best! Would love to go out again with them. He had different sizes of life vests for our little dog, he had dry bags, and he had an amazing attitude. Anthony is absolutely amazing! Talk about very accommodating, patient and kind. It was our first time and one of our friends wanted to do clear kayaking last min. And he was more than willing to change for us. He was also very kind on easing us into the kayaks as well as super informative about Tahoe's gems even after our time. Most amazing kayak experience ever! Anthony and his wife are amazing! They are very professional but also very friendly . His service was very great. He not only showed us how to use the hobie which isn't hard at all but also gave us a great dry bag and dry bag for my phone to use on the trip along with mounts for my GoPro. The awesome thing about his rentals is that their is no limitations on to where you would like to go. We launched off Nevada beach, which he had the kayaks there for us already the night before so we can get them at any time of the day Sunday. The price was amazing. Can't beat it compared to others. Anthony was awesome and super accommodating. He waited for us while I found parking and gave us the run down before my wife and I took off for a half day of kayaking. He had a dry bag for us and water proof bags for our phones! I had never been on these hobie paddle kayaks before and they were so much fun! My wife and I each had our own and we were able to see so much more of the shore line because of how fast these things are. We found a cool spot with picnic tables in the water, had lunch, and swam for an hour or so. Our group of 13 had the awesome Hobie kayaks with pedals which we really didn't regret for a second (easy to maneuver for many of us that aren't experienced kayakers).
