Then we have the lack of care to the kids that I have seen. One my two kids always come home dehydrated, the two kids I have also are learning at at horrible rate. There cousins are the same age give or take a month or two. And are able to speak better, already know there alphabet, and understand much more about the world. However this day care hasn't don't much in this department. My two kids don't even speak vary well even with my daily practice and work with them. They don't know there alphabet and have a hard time with things in general. Basically I would never recommend this place to anyone's kids.

The bathrooms routinely had dried poop on the tank and on multiple occasions I gagged walking in the front door from the smell of urine. The level of laziness in not properly cleaning or sanitizing carried over into the way my child was treated. I saw teachers texting almost daily and for weeks during drop off there was no acknowledgement or attempt to help my child adjust or become comfortable at the center. The center leadership is inconsistent in their communication with parents and very clearly does not value child development (only the avoidance of anything that requires the center and teachers to do their job). As a direct result of this center, I will never recommend kindercare or select a kindercare location for the care of child. If kindercare corporate allows any of their locations to be managed this way - I do not want any part of it.

She learned to read virtually overnight; however, what I have really noticed is how polite and kind she is to everyone. She is learning far more than the "three R's" at St John's. I live out of town and recently visited my family in Abilene. I went to chapel at St John's and then spent a few minutes visiting my granddaughter's class and a third grade class, taught by my daughter, who recently left public school teaching. I am a former teacher; my sister is a teacher. I had two aunts who were teachers, so I believe I can objectively say: St John's is a very special school.

When the director asked her what happened she didn't believe anything she had told them and was asked to leave. Come to find out the child was a family member of the owner . The child was not disciplined simply put in another class. They hire all family members and do not take care of the rest of their staff. I would not recommend sending a child to place where there is no discipline. The toys are not set for the age of children we talked about spending our own money to supply the classroom. She has used her own money several times to buy items. They did not appreciate anything she did.
